  1. Hope not like, would be terrible for everyone
  2. For posterity: Ramsdale: 6.5 Livramento: 5 Thiaw: 7 Burn: 6.5, Schär: 6 Hall: 6 Tonali: 4.5 Bruno: 4.5 Miley: 5 Elanga: 4.5 Woltemade: 3.5 Gordon: 3.5
  3. Examples of any better than Howe?
  4. Gigantic elephant in the room.
  5. Any sane person would look at the last 4 years and have Howe on that same list, ahead of all of them.
  6. I think you do if you're comparing how difficult each was to achieve, if one team gets kind draws and another gets really tough ones, it seems a bit unfair to still say one is a bigger achievement just because it has more historical prestige.
  7. You do it over completely valid criticism too
  8. 198 games vs 87 As I said earlier, let's see where Glasner is at that point. The league, budgets, and the quality of players teams have is extremely compressed and has been for a couple of years. Howe's having a wobble season and is still doing better.
  9. No it wasn't There's no need to compare really. The League Cup might be seen as the 'junior' cup out of the two, but we played all of the current top 4 at the time we played each team to win it, Palace didn't play any until the final.
  10. His win % at Palace is higher than at Frankfurt and Wolfsberg. He's done very well at Palace, but he's without question a 'grass is always greener' alternative imo.
  11. When the baseline comparison is Howe and what he's achieved here, I think what I've said is fair.
  12. What's Howe done until now? He has a higher win % with over double the amount of games Glasner has had. See where Glasner is after 200 games.
  13. As much as I'll defend Howe to the hilt, you are basically Baghdad Bob like Shadow Puppets. Even mild criticism is treated like it's extreme.
  14. Glasner's definitely number 1 for me in the flavour of the month managers that will seem like mad suggestions with hindsight
  15. Guarantee there'll be no suggestion or it'll be some flavour of the month that we'll look back on and laugh.
  16. Right here, the Howe out weirdos are in the extreme minority
  17. In a season of horrible performances, in the context of it being a derby that was possibly the worst.
  18. Exactly why there's no point getting excited when he has some random decent 45 minutes. He invariably follows it up by serving up shit like that.
  19. No excuses for that performance. Absolutely pathetic
  20. Pretty good measure of how hated he is that Ekitike banging them in and Liverpool winning is still a HA, fuck you Isak moment.
  21. I'd only put Messi above him in terms of dribbling. Definitely understand having Hazard above him because of how efficient and direct he was, but in terms of pure x-factor and regularly making the impossible look everyday, it's HBA.
  22. Chelsea 2-1 Everton Liverpool 2-2 Brighton Burnley 1-2 Fulham Arsenal 3-0 Wolves Palace 1-2 Man City Forest 2-1 Spurs sunderland 1-1 Newcastle West Ham 1-2 Villa Brentford 2-1 Leeds Man United 2-1 Bournemouth
  23. We've also won a few just without going behind in that time. Don't think it's that bad like, it's one of those weird circumstantial stats that sound worse than they are unless you're a team that loses all the time.
