I'll be fine when Liverpool finally draw or lose during this run they're now on. -

I'm confident like, but there are still plenty of reasons that I'll not bore you with for why I'm not relaxed about it yet. -
You somehow missed both everything and nothing

RemiReminder that FiveThirtyEight and Nate Silver are rubbish -
I've got secondhand heartbreak from that match like. fucking hell, so bad.

Yeah, there wasn't as little time left as that though. Moura more or less throws it in and it's Jota, who should have been sent off. Spurs also should have had a pen. It's as much typical spawny Liverpool as it is typical cuckoldery from Spurs
-
Tierney is the worst ref in the league now like. Consistently useless in every match I see him reffing
-
That must be the worst kind of loss you can ever suffer like.
-
Klopp is proper detestable like
-
Jesus Christ, that is absolutely the most combined Spurs and Liverpool thing I've ever seen. Spurs absolutely cannot help themselves but snatch failure from the jaws of success and Liverpool are the luckiest cunts going. Spurs absolutely should have had what imo is an absolutely stonewall penalty as well. Imagine how guttening that must have gone through all of that as a fan only for Lucas Moura to undo everything an instant later. Spurs fans are pain pigs.

Imagine if it happens again They've got 5 minutes to get 2

I can't tell you how cleansing it is to see Spurs being found out like this like

Up to a 7.5 from an I'm-not-playing-yet. I'm always confident against certain teams at home, particularly at night time. Those teams are Man United and Arsenal. I still refuse to think of it as done yet, but we're getting extremely close. -
He's just at the beginning of his journey with us and is young. I'm not even remotely concerned tbh

Brilliant! Really couldn't asked for a better response to that first half than that. That might be the line up we have to go with now if Longstaff's out for a while because Willock and Joelinton are so much better when they're near each other and both Wilson and Isak have made themselves undroppable. That's the power of Howe. The Newcastle I knew and begrudgingly loved make a complete meal of that for the full 90 minutes. Pope: 6.5 Trippier: 7.5 Schär: 6.5 Botman: 7.5 Burn: 7.5 Bruno: 5.5 Joelinton: 7 Willock: 7 Murphy: 6.5/Almiron: 7 Isak: 8 Gordon: 7/Wilson: 10

He has been our best player like, but he should have scored and would rather have the Joes playing on that side. We've lost too much by reshuffling this much.
-
That's been coming. In short, we're not playing properly, dawdling too much, getting in each other's way, not knowing where to run and look positionally wrong. Most notably Bruno, who's been poor. Gordon's been involved a lot and should have scored, but we've lost too much down that side with the much more formidable Joes not being there. I'd put us back in our familiar formation with someone directly replacing Longstaff, leaving everyone else in their known positions. Despite all of that, we should still have scored twice, so hopefully we can sort it out and play how we know we can, they really haven't done anything special.

Yeah I think Longstaff's reputation was given a boost because of the Villa result but I don't think they're really all that related. It's not like everyone else played well or the system was fine but missing Longstaff meant it fell apart. Not to mention he came on and we didn't improve at all. That's not to say he's not important either, more that in the Villa match everything was wrong. -

Bournemouth are a local rival. Not as much as Portsmouth, but still. -
Only just noticed how much more of a mess it is. Fucking Kepa ffs That's outrageous No Schär, Stones or Ake but Romero's there Bentancur and Hojberg but no Joelinton, Bruno Fernandes or countless other better performing midfielders Haverz and Nunes but no Toney, Wilson, Mitrovic
-
Kai fucking Havertz That's criminal. The entire club that he plays for have scored fewer goals than our front 3 and only 10 more than Ivan Toney. An absurd nomination, he's been absolutely shit. Trippier and Pope aside our players that have been shortlisted aren't among our best players this season (Almiron was up to World Cup but not since), but it was entirely predictable that the star names would get picked over the actual best 2 in our defence and midfield this season.

Incidentally our rolling 38 game total is up to 74 points. IIRC we were up to 76 at one point this season and as low as 66. Seriously impressive. -
I highly recommend watching Isak's run on the match cam at 0.25 speed. Poetry in motion. Should be in black and white tbh.
