  1. Have to say, every time I've seen Coady he's never actually been any good. Seems like a good leader, but I don't get the hype (if that's the right word) over him.

If you're not going DHGate, Vinted and FB Marketplace tend to be the places that you'll get tops without paying classicfootballshirts.co.uk prices in my experience.
  3. Watching them and seeing who they played against tells you what form they're in. Tonight was poor but not unexpected and I don't think their others were either. They never beat Chelsea and Southampton and Watford are both on very good runs of their own. You also can't just disregard Man City either imo.
  4. Ah yes, that crap Spurs side that beat Man City away less than a week ago. Some people must be constantly surprised by the chaos of football like.
  5. Spawniest team going man Win lose or draw they're always shite.
  6. Title race is definitely back on too.
  7. Don't want to get into the habit of sticking up for Spurs like, but a cold wet Tuesday/Wednesday night in Stoke/Burnley is a cliché for a reason like. It's not that much of a surprise for a team near the top to lose like that, especially one from North London.
  8. Norwich, Brentford, Leeds x2 (with a ruined GD) Everton all lost. Burnley won 2 games in hand, Watford won and lost, and we drew away to a team pushing for top 4. Very good week.
  9. Exactly. No way that Leeds, Brentford, and probably Everton aren't in the battle now.
  10. Come on, we've got Watford and Leeds losing when we get home! You like that don't you!?
  11. You really are all proper bedwetters like, fucking hell.
  12. Spurs love a 90 minute+ goal, nowhere near over.
  13. Relying on both North London teams in the same week was always a big ask
  14. Both teams should have scored
  15. Burnley are fucking horrible man, it doesn't surprise me at all that Spurs haven't been able to gain the momentum to break them down
  16. The Burger King Emerson Royale looks a bit clownish
  17. A good read that, especially the bit about the Commodity Fetishism that you also see in gaming and with brands in general. The line between consumer and supporter is a really strange, blurred one like.
  18. 2 goals conceded, 1 of which was arguably his man in an aerial dual he didn't get into.

    Sunderland

Literally everyone who's been on here or used to read NUFC.com match reports will have read countless times about how some old gadgie in the crowd had a heart attack and either died or was okay. If we're going with the 'no one can prove it's not caused by X' then my fill in the blank is a pretty firm 'increased awareness/kneejerk/overreaction/whatever you want to call it following us almost watching Cristian Eriksen die'
  20. As an aside from what you think of Dummett as a player, or how re-signing Paul Dummett flies in the face of aiming to win the PL in 5-10 years, his injury record alone is enough to say giving him another contract is insane.
  21. Newcastle-Online and suggesting we play players out of position. Name a more iconic duo.
  22. I can see for miles around in all directions from my work in town, so I can see SJP, the Cheviots, and the airport tower (ooh look at me). It's taken me ages to work out that perspective like. I think that must be Kenton beyond the moor but before the airport. Just looking at everything from where I am, the aperture on the photo must be doing a lot to make the Cheviots look much more imposing than they are.
