2-1 to Southampton. Will be interesting to see what Salisu is like against us. Every time I've seen him he's been excellent. -
It seems like Simeone was his Jim Jones
-
Hard to really stand out as an exceptional player in that Man City squad probably. Weird thing to say but he was quiet apart from his two goals whereas Grealish was vice versa on the opposite side.
-
Not saying it's right, but picking up on the whole Instagram, haircut etc stuff is low hanging fruit when players are clearly not putting the graft in. I do think it's a bit of a joke when players are not putting the work in then they put out their promo stuff. Beckham would have been easy to criticise for that stuff but he never gave anyone a chance to because he always worked his bollocks off (as well as Liverpool who you mentioned earlier)

Still says United further on like.

Keane's so funny like. It should be "in your DNA from when you're born" to track back.
-
I meant in this thread, from a Newcastle fan.
-
Don't call them United
-
Man United are all the gear and no idea and have been for ages. Until someone (maybe Rangnick) brings in a cohesive transfer strategy that matches up players who suit each other they're going nowhere.
-
Have we reached the point where players apologise to the fan after winning?
-
Would love to see Maguire leave and immediately turn into England Maguire for someone else tbh.
-
4-1 absolutely flatters Man United as well
-
I don't think we stooped to 8% possession for 15 minutes during that match under Rafa that was described as shameful.
-
Man United Maguire is unreal like.
-
It actually doesn't though. Used to happen all the time without matches being stopped.
-
'Seems to be happening more and more often' in 5...4...3...
-
Best I've seen Grealish play for Man City
-
Lovely R1+O from Sancho.
-
Fernandes looking shit, AS USUAL.
-
I must be a sucker for goal shy lone strikers at Newcastle, because I like him despite his obvious limitations and was the same with Joselu and a few others. Couldn't stand Riviere though.
-
He scores Vs Man United, Leeds, and Brighton instead of hitting the post and the rhetoric around him is completely different. My one and only point is that if that's the margin, I'd hope Howe can bridge the gap to him being very good back up for the rest of this season

Martin Dúbravka (now playing for Burnley)

Shay Given. Terrible kicker, fantastic keeper -
I know it's a bit of a daft thing to say because the reality is what's happened and not what might have been, but he's genuinely a post's width away from being a very useful player and I would hope that can still be corrected by Howe. Murphy should have at least 3 this season tbh.

Anyone just periodically look at the premier league table and think about all the possibilities?
