Looked like a right arsehole didn’t he? Inability to control his own emotions/manage the stress (poor dimdums…) of not being able to win every single game you play, certainly wouldn’t have been helpful for his people on the pitch, the ones with a chance of actually determining how the game pans out. He wasn’t ‘motivating’ just emoting. Should be feeling embarrassed today more than aggrieved (…won’t be).

Fucking turnip

Howay Maxi lad ?
-
Please prove us wrong—breakaway link-up between Murphy and Wood for winner ?
-
Danger zone now. We’re tired and stretched.
-
If they/we had known where we’d be in the league, we’d have had an additional attacking midfielder in the summer. Not sure re a forward, just bad luck re Isak.

Murphy and Wood… .

Howay lads. More of the same ?

Love it. Don’t like it up ‘em (contrary to popular Toten-opinion). Get into them!
-
Ooof! Sir Les and Merse on punditry. perfect.
-
So far, so great! Loving us being a serious team!
-
Getting tasty. I’d rather fight them than try and out pass them. So all good by me.
-
Time yet. So far so 0-0.
-
They’re a good side, like. But enjoying this.

Going to be a tough next ten minutes. Ride it out and it is our turn then.

Just got a couple in Leazes ? Not many left (where I was looking) mainly seemed a smattering of single seats in Milburn sections. -

Number 9,351 (!) in the queue. Probably little chance of tickets. Anyone else in the queue? -
He most likely does strike the ball beautifully, more often than not, in training.

Here’s the end of December update. Tracking progress towards 56 points (seemed appropriately ambitious in June!) taking into account quality of opposition (on previous season’s position) and home/away fixture variation. 8 points ahead of target, at turn of year.

Bit harsh like. Really not much between him and Given, in the early days. He may well have had a more prominent career if he had moved on at that point. The club would have worked hard, contractually and persuasion wise, to keep him. I wouldn’t equate a lack of ego/it’s all about me-ism and loyalty, with greed.

Also pissing down. Might make a subtle difference with so little margin for error ?♂️
