Went to the Globe every year en route to Wembley usually good craic, if it’s like previous visits there’ll be thousands of us there.

When we get beat at home will these same folk boo the team off as it’s ok to criticise, but then wake up the next day and be quite happy with where the clubs at overall. I think folk have forgotten what support is meant to be and perspective is crucial when looking at games and performances in isolation. It’s ok to admit we weren’t great yesterday nobody disputes that, but criticising the club, manager and players comes across as being whingeing and spoilt in the current circumstances and quite frankly embarrassing.

Teams can press us without Bruno, he’s a master of beating the press with one simple pass.

Nobody is saying it was a great performance, but there has been an over reaction writing players off and saying we’ve been found out. There’s undoubtedly a whinging element to our support at present which has also infested SJP, where folk now turn up expecting to be entertained instead of supporting a team playing above the sum of its parts.

Get some perspective man 1 defeat all season, in the top 4 and a cup final. You can’t see the big picture as your post in the Eddie Howe thread shows. It’s about more than this game or this season, what do you expect from this group of players they’re fucking knackered man.

Slight intrusion into the park where current multi story car park is towards Barrack Road. Not sure how much into park they would need to go, but looks plenty of land to nudge it away from Leazes Terrace. If I’m not mistaken Spurs built a good proportion of new stadium before having to bulldoze White Hart Lane. Looks a hard one to do without closing SJP for a couple of years but who knows what’s possible.

I’ve got great reservations about sweeping the current structure around to the Gallowgate end in its current guise, the Leazes isn’t conducive to creating any atmosphere in its current layout. I think they’re going to surprise folk here and try and build it from scratch again just NW of SJP’s current footprint. The East Stand just isn’t in keeping with what they’ll have in mind long term and I’m not convinced they can do anything with it either that’ll represent value for money. They’ll have plans for Strawberry Place but it’ll not end up being the Gallowgate extension.
