The thing with Almiron is the lack of right foot lets him down constantly. He always looks to cut back or slows the attack down as he doesn’t want to get his head down, make space and cross it. I prefer Murphy on the right as he can do both as today demonstrated. I know he’s not the answer and I think both are easily replaced

Agreed. But I just don’t think we’d upset the squad balance right now by signing 6 top quality players that the squad needs to step up again next year

The whole thing needs a rethink. I mean it works for offsides (mainly!) because it’s a factual decision. When you have subjective calls being reviewed by one person on a monitor, it doesn’t do anything to reinforce the original call as it’s always going to be subjective interpretation

VAR needs to change to a committee model - 5 people look at the decision and the majority rule wins
