  1. If they have broke the rules, then the PL would be playing a very dangerous game and leaving itself open for future legal challenges if they don’t follow their own rules. Also with the independent report on football governance just being completed, it would probably cause a bit of a storm.
  2. Not need 40 points to stay up this season
  3. And all potential losses also, going to be interesting.
  4. Aye little Napoleon not flavour of the month, now that’s a surprise. Failure to go up and these are in serious trouble
  5. Bit of a fruit loop, but he’s harmless
  6. Just can’t see Burnley getting 36 points as for all their organisation they are a really poor team. TBF you did it last week when they seemed to be getting results. I also think we will get more than 7 points in the remaining 12 games.
  7. Bolton, Ipswich and Portsmouth coming up on the rails also. These could be in serious trouble if they don’t go up. Bring it in
  8. The goal difference with Burnley has dramatically reduced also. Hopefully that result will knock the stuffing out of them totally, not that I that I think it will really matter.
  9. Always a worry when we can put ourselves in a great position with a win, as 9/10 we usually fuck it up. Fingers crossed not today though
  10. If he’s fit I certainly would. He Is our best attacking player.
  11. No way Murphy gets in ahead of ASM if he’s fully fit.
  12. I see the frenzy is continuing today
  13. https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/nufc-and-other-sportswashing-2022-part-3.1570531/post-35673739 More fewm incoming after that post
  14. Aye a thinly disguised little dig at him there
  15. Not me I want to piss on the ‘big 6’ party big time for years to come. We have the owners to now see this happen and they will improve the club in every aspect. I want to see my club win trophies and the only way that happens now is having super rich owners.
  16. Jlaws, skellington and keiths30s match them also
  17. Need a win against Brighton and if Burnley get beat off Chelsea then that will leave a decent margin to have a good go in those away games.
  18. Burnley loss is the only result that anyone should be looking at. Until there is a time we are safe, keeping the teams currently below us is all that matters.
  19. Read @GeorgeCaulkin superb interview with #nufc owners. I've a small issue with all the bold promises, not least riddle of how they can be like Man City, winning PL and CL contenders in 5 years and aim for gradual sustainable growth? Should not be over promising, it's dangerous I suspect the happy clappers won't like me daring to question any of what has been said but that's what I do. I'm very wary of new owners (stakeholders) offering pipe dreams to fans, it happens all the time. They've done some good things so far and some not so good things
  20. I see poor baldy Edwards pouring scorn on the owners interview. He’s obviously been totally ostracised by the owners
  21. Aye hope I’m wrong, but got a horrible nagging feeling we’re going to lose today. Really could do with minimum of a draw here.
  22. Saturday’s is massive imho. Win and we are in a decent position, draw would still keep teams just above us with game(s) in hand on Brentford and Leeds, lose and we’re right back in the melting pot.
  23. Well to me if that's the case, they should be looking at other options (I know they are not).
