I know it probably won’t happen, but I suppose there is still the slight possibility we could still be playing them next year.

If I had a choice it would be Everton to go down (still don’t think they will). Still think Watford, Norwich and either Burnley or Brentford will be the third team. Leeds need to be wary and of course we need to keep picking up points also. If we had Wilson I would fancy us to finish mid table, the fact we haven’t for probably another two months is the only little nagging doubt I have.

Highly noticeable that Antonio is bang off form also and he was a key focal point for them earlier in the season -
Aye he’s not lazy mind, in fact a couple of times against Villa he was waving to Max to press more

I think Wood is a terrible signing, but if true that he was saying meow to Zouma, has to be said that’s fucking class

If we win this there is a half a chance we may be ahead of these, Leeds and Everton. Match their work rate and we have a decent chance. Hopefully St Max will be back to add a bit more of a cutting edge. -
Just seen Leeds fixtures and they are an absolute nightmare especially the next 5 games
-
It is no matter what people say, Wood has looked exactly what I thought he would be
-
Just had a look at the fixtures and Burnley probably have the best ones out of anyone with eight games still to play at home. They have Tottenham, Palace and Leicester coming up which normally you would say are hard games, but all 3 are in iffy form. Still think we will be ok, need to get a result next week as I think it could be Brentford who will drop ;(Everton or Leeds could also be in big trouble). My one concern is not having Wilson for the guaranteed goals he gets.

Had a sneaky feeling Burnley might get a result today with Dunk being suspended especially against their new striker

Not with someone of the quality of Murphy as I think Joelington will at least give protection down that wing. I just think Murphy is a Championship player -

So you’re saying putting Murphy in instead of Bruno makes the team weaker. Nah not having that mind -

Do you not think Bruno would have been training in that set up also in case there was an injury. Sorry that’s bollocks that mind -

Got to play Bruno now. Why bring in someone like Murphy when Joelington can probably do a better job on the wing and you can have a ball player in the midfield who is champing at the bit. You can’t keep leaving a top rated player on the bench, he has to come in if Max is out -

Not saying he’s wrong (don’t really know who he is), but are any of the more recognised journalists reporting it? -
People (imo) are kidding themselves if the think that the owners will look to do work on the east stand as the logistics and cost will be horrendous even if they could do something. Can’t see the owners wanting to have a season playing at another ground either. The cost for a few 000s extra seats in the Gallowgate makes it probably not worth extending either (those plans have been discussed going back to the Hall/Shepherd era and it’s been counted as not a cost effective solution). I know people disagree, but seems to me the best option would be to build a new 70-80000 stadium within the city centre limits. This would also open commercial revenue streams via increased concerts. The way St James’ is set, it is a no go for a lot of the big acts due to stage restrictions. it will be minimum of 2-5 years before any plans are put into place anyway as obviously the training ground/academy will be first port of call. Obviously something will have to be done as tickets will be like gold dust moving forward. Going to be interesting though to see what they do actually decide to do.

Normally I would say they would get maybe one or two points out of that total, however Spurs and Leicester are not in great form at the moment, so you maybe right

The one on our takeover when it happened was a canny read also. Don’t know if anyone has the link for it but think it starts from page 340 or 369 if I remember right

The all in love for Keano has definitely gone now I see
