I agree the fact is he is still there though, which makes you wonder if there is a set agenda.
-
There must be a reason that Ashley went to the High Court to get the proposed Chairman of the arbitration to stand down. The high court action allegedly put the arbitration back by a few months, so looks to me they were thinking there was/is going to be a set agenda.
-
No chance in hell that I will be watching the likes of Gayle, Shelvey, Ritchie, Clark and Manquillo in the championship under the ownership of Ashley and probable management of Bruce. I’ll be switching off full stop from that shitshow.
-
You can add Clark and Manquillo to that also. All players who will get you nowhere. Be fine next season though in the league which is their standard.
-
Just need Len White and I think there is not many more. Nope I reckon Terry Hibbitt should be in also for sure. Big Wyn Davies possibly also. Mind it’s seems to be more of a case of likeable characters, as there is certainly a couple who wouldn’t get mentioned as all time greats usually
-
Yep as a result of pending court action regarding indecency with his son
-
He’s right for wanting to fuck off, however I honestly believe he will struggle to get the type of transfer he wants. I can’t see any top team from any of the major leagues being in for him.
-
Well done to them for taking the stance.
-
What’s happened why did they leave?
-
Two players missing I would say of all time greats and that’s Len White and Tony Green.
-
Love the dog reference to the QPR game and Withe trying everything to catch it.
-
Which one and why? Not sure why the first one left either.
-
I get that (no guarantee they hold value though) was just making the point that there have been many outgoings in the club’s account since the deal was agreed, so when did Ashley draw the line. I agree he’s going to lose millions, and the fact that it’s now being portrayed that relegation is being allowed to allow a takeover is just lala land stuff.
-
So when did money coming out of the club’s account not effect the agreed price? After the purchase of Wilson? After the purchase of Lewis? The signing on fees for Hendrick and Frazer? These were all completed after the price had been agreed.
-
So people are honestly now thinking we’re purposely trying to get relegated to get the takeover through. I’ve heard the lot now.

Do you plan to return to St. James Park when allowed?

What pisses me off is the self-called superfans who come up with the 'support the team not the regime' card every single time. I put my record of attending games against most over a 40-year period, but 5 year ago I said enough is enough, as it was blatantly obvious that the owner was simply running the club to the ground, with no prospect whatsoever of showing any ambition to move the club forward. To me anybody who continues to spout this shite and attend games are the ones who are not real supporters of the club. -

You be ok anyway as no top manager would touch us with a barge pole under Ashley. We would struggle to even get a below average manager nowadays. -
Bruce returning in a few years time
-
Certainly don’t think Jones or Wilder are the answer either
-
A British no mark manager is exactly a typical Ashley selection
-
Well maybe, just can’t see Wilder accepting the job for 9 games. He’s also a typical long term Ashley type selection.
-
Well if that happens, then I think you can safely say that no takeover is happening.

That podcast is an absolute joke and I can’t listen to even a minute, before switching off. The one who hosts it is even worse than Caulkin and Waugh. As I said earlier, just cannot get away with either journalist and Caulkin is Edwards best mate, which says a lot. Each to their own though.

I would say Henry Winter, but, Hope would be second in my opinion.
