  1. Depends if they go to court, which would take more than the summer to conclude imo
  2. Time will tell and I'll be the first to post if you're ultimately right. It might take another year, but I think we will get a clearer guide on the path the club are following (especially in regards to the stadium). I also think it's only a matter of time before a legal challenge is mounted. As I've said numerous times only time will tell who is right.
  3. I've already stated what I think is happening with the new stadium and that will obviously increase revenue massively. We're not going to get revenue levels of spurs within a couple of years, but then again I didn't mention them in my reply. I stated that revenue will continue to increase and that will happen. As for the owners playing cute, I disagree with you and I think this is the case even with regards to a new stadium.
  4. We will have the new fan-zone (open all week), training kit sponsorship, training ground sponsorship, stadium stands/stadium sponsorship and I'm sure quite a few other sponsorship/commercial deals which will happen. I honestly think it's a load of shit that some are thinking revenue steams will slow down. They won't. The owners are playing a very clever game of drip feeding things yearly to avoid any major scrutiny from the clubs desperate to try and stop our advancement and of course the southern media.
  5. I am pretty sure that the media will not have a clue IF the club is contemplating legal action. The Saudis are very good at keeping things at arms length. We will only hear the same things about being frustrated, but emphasis on running the club within the rules. I also think they're doing similar with St James' also, keeping the line that it's their preference to stay at the same location. Going to be an interesting to see if my thinking on what is happening behind the scenes is correct.
  6. I'll listen to the chairman before you with all respect. He will know exactly the constraints in place and how the club will move forward to get to the level required. You're not going to get to the necessary revenue levels in two years. We have already increased revenue levels year on year by over 30% since the takeover. This will continue. As for the disconcerting voices, you must have your head buried in the sand if you've not seen a number of clubs and media voicing issues over the last few weeks. I don't agree with you, but only time will tell what happens.
  7. The Saudis don't know how to give up. You have already heard the Chairman fully state their intentions of being the number 1 club in the world. The discontenting voices regarding FFP or whatever it's called now are growing daily. It's only a matter of time before a legal challenge is forthcoming and I honestly think it will be from a number of clubs, when it happens.
  8. Second look just now and changed mind he wasn't getting to the ball and just fell over as soon as he felt a touxh
  9. Oh what a shame blatant penalty at the end not given. They're going to be in that league for a few years to come
  10. What makes it worse is that there will be a thread coming soon actually stating how brilliant the crowd of 40,000 is even though there is not even 30,000 there
  11. I agree, but I couldn't give a fuck about any other clubs and only interested in one. I would like nothing better personally than the Saudis to be able to demonstrate their financial power and make us the top club for years to come. I will take equal delight in the fans of the so called big 6 crying constantly at the same time
  12. Obviously we have a decent development team also as they're 16 points ahead in their league. Bodes well for the future

    Lewis Hall

There's obviously a reason he's getting no minutes, it's either agreed he has to play so much to trigger the sale or there is something which will benefit FFP (fuck knows what). IF however he does sign for the reported fee with no criteria involved, then it's truly bizarre the minutes he's getting and it will be annoying that we're forking out so much for a player that the manager doesn't want
  14. Got to take into account also that the club don't own the land where the stadium is. That certainly will devalue the valuation.
  15. Everything which brings in revenue on the day of the match. Ticket sales, merchandise etc
  16. New stack is only a three year temporary plan, so obviously they have other future plans in their thoughts.
  17. It's a long term investment also
  18. You're entitled to your opinion, time will tell won't it.
  19. And building a new stadium is a very good way of doing it with hugely increased revenue and new commercial/sponsorship deals.
  20. Gor to be within the city centre, let's see if the thousands of season ticket holders will be happy having to miss a season (at least) whilst building work takes place. I honestly think a new stadium is a no brainer to hugely improve revenues and I'm still convinced that's the path they will follow. I also think the majority will be happy with a new stadium as long as it's within the city centre. Time will tell though, but am I fuck taking anything with any conviction Edwards says about anything.
  21. I listen to fuck all that baldy cunt says mind. Amount of times he's wrong
  22. I didn't all Wolves chances came from his side. 3 times in the second half he left his player totally unmarked in the box at the back post which nearly resulted in goals
  23. You had the Chairman saying exactly what PIFs target is - to be the number 1 team in the world. You're not going to get there without huge spending over a period of time. At the moment they are building within the rules by increasing revenue year by year. We will see new sponsorship/commercial deals this year. Medium to long term we will see a new training complex and I'm still convinced a new stadium.
  24. Howe has a good period of games with a stronger squad to improve things on the pitch and our league position (I believe he will although Blackburn did make me question a few things). If he doesn't and our current form continues, then I think there is a strong possibility that PIF may well look to replace. That's the way of the footballing world now.
