0 goals 0 assist this season. And a cunt too.
Miggy 0 goals 0 assists
Willock 0 goals 0 assists
Shelvey 1 goal 0 assists
Fraser 0 goals 1 assist
Almost 60 appearances between them.

Athletic saying Stavely, Mehrdad and Al-Rumayyan went into the dressing room to talk to the players after the match. And saw Howe and his coaching team separately.
Apparently it was to show their support for the team but it does seem like there could be something more to it.
Edit: I’m not alluding to any sacking or owt like that. Maybe just a reminder to all of who’s in charge and that the players need to performI’m really pleased by that actually. Whatever they said to them.
As your edit says, it’ll hopefully ruffle a few feathers.

That was 3 years ago. Would they be better defending for their lives? Not for most of this season they haven't, we were shipping goals despite parking the bus.
What are you talking about? The point is, Howe could (and should) be getting more from this group of players.

Which players do you think could be improved?
Weird comment when we’ve seen many of the same players improved under Rafa. It’s glaringly obvious you can get more from this group.

1 win from 9 games is always going to have questions asked.
Especially when that includes three home games against Cambridge, Norwich and Brentford achieving 1 point and a cup exit.
A lot of our issues are from Bruce, but he’s had nine games to start churning improvements out and other than Joelinton, I can’t think of a single other player who has improved under him.
I can name a few more who have got worse though.
I don’t think he’s helped by the fact players are going to be very unsettled knowing they are going to be replaced. But as I’ve said before, he isn’t making best use of the players he currently has.

I’m sorry but that’s a really shite quote. Imagine if Bruce came out and said that after losing to a League One side at home.
Appreciate he wants to a create a team of smiles, but he also needs to take accountability and admit he got it wrong.

Hatem’s won more than Danny Simpson.
That’s absolutely not the point like. The point was, rather bemoaning the quality of your teammates and trying to do it all on your own, play a team game as a team.
Players like Ben Arfa and ASM are individuals and they play like it. They can probably coast in good teams, like a PSG or Marseille, but they are worthless to a team in a relegation battle.
We need a team that functions together. ASM’s one moment of magic every five games isn’t currently worth his lack of contribution in the other four games.

Watford have lost their last 7 in a row.
If we don’t put these to bed, we deserve to go down. They’re as bad as Norwich and should be way behind us if we want to stop up.

I think he knows he is surrounded by utter shite, which is maybe part of why he doesn't always pass
A bit like Ben Arfa having Danny Simpson behind him.
Danny Simpson, Premier League winner and Ben Arfa, a missed opportunity.
Maybe players like that should learn to play as a team and they might achieve much more…

Not that it would have made any difference but VAR shouldn't be used in this competition unless it can be used at all games being played in that round
Fuck knows what they were doing reviewing the Cambridge goal. No lines drawn at any point, just randomly zooming in and out before finally realising Shelvey touched it.

For who though?
At this point we’d probably improve as a team without him in it, regardless of the replacement.
-
I don’t get why he waited until we went 1-0 down to change anything. Should’ve done so at half time, we weren’t exactly playing scintillating football.
He’s still trying to put square pegs in round holes and is playing players in positions and tactics they’re unable to fulfil. Said that for weeks and he’s persisting with it.
We need five or six players to suit his style (in addition to Trippier), or he needs to adjust the way we play to suit the players he has, otherwise we’ll end up with shit like this regularly.

He plays like a competition winner
Too many touches, no right foot. I don't think he's got a single goal or assist this season
8 goals and 3 assists in 96 appearances for us.
Has more yellow cards than goals for us.
Pretty much only does something once every 9 games, pathetic for an attacking player.

At least Everton are on now to take their share of the embarrassment today.

Who do we think are the 21/22 bad apples among the squad then?

Can't deny that Howe hasn't changed enough about us in terms of results but I don't feel like we're in a position to make any judgements at this point. If Ciaran Clark doesn't make the foul against Norwich, we're level on points with 17th; if the previous regime allowed us to accommodate more than one striker in the sets, we're in the 4th Round of the cup.
It's hardly been an impressive start but it's because of fine margins and a couple of things out of his control that we're not sitting here saying, he's had an okay start, as opposed to a bad one.
Let's see how we're playing come March/April time before declaring him a dickhead and a fraud.
But Howe should never have played Clark against Norwich, that’s on him too.
-
Can see now why Arsenal weren’t bothered about keeping him. They clearly knew it was a purple patch.
-
I’m not really clear on what we’re trying to do at times and I don’t think the players are either.

A warranted use of the word worrying.

Another game he couldn’t be arsed for.
Absolutely fed up with him deciding it’s a bit rough and feigning injuring in the last 10-15 minutes of every match, either just hobbling around or even going off (Liverpool, Man Utd, today).
