This a phenomenon outside of the Anglosphere (within Europe, I'd need to do more research on other continents) All the atmospheres are bad, just because they are noisy does not make for an enjoyable experience. It's one of the many reasons people prefer the premier league. Many people do not want to hear someone droning on through a loud speaker or doing military-style chants all game. Their atmospheres are crap, their chants are crap, they play music after goals (which is cringey). There are no redeeming features from an aurally aesthetic standpoint. This cultural phenomenon is reflected in music, films and television also and those nations agree because most of the Eurovision songs are performed in English and they all listen to English and American music.

We need to sign Angel Gomes. He just keeps the ball. England international. Howveer he is like 4'9 so that could be an issue in the prem.

Peter Kraut and Jermain Wissa

Groovy volley backheel against Southamton away was it? Forgive my memory that may not be accurate.
-
This is what I would describe simply as "cool"
-
In this hypothetical, yes it does mean we can lowball. But they could do a Steve Parish and just not care.
-
We need to build the team around him, he needs to be a number 10 feeding in the ball to Wissa. We need him on the ball as much as possible. Also Livramento (as much as i love him) is allergic to crossing the ball, he could have crossed it 10 times today, Nick would probably have scored one of them. It feels like we have the ingredients but don't know the recipe yet. If we find it, we'll be very good.

No point sacking the great man, nobody better is available. Easy to say sack him etc but the management could replace him and the replacement could be worse. I'm chilled for now, we are a bit shit but can be good sometimes, so whatever. I guess we'll all find out. It's still fun, despite being agonising.

He ruined everything he touched last night.

A smorgasbord of blunders. Could see in his eyes he knew he was shit too, looked like a broken man whenever the camera zoomed in after one of his many failed crosses.

Wolt got a lovely assist and created chances. Murphy should be getting the blame for yesterday.
-
Murphy was at fault the most of anyone yesterday, one of his worst ever games.
-
Talking about "expressing my views" while complaining about tiktok and X is a tad ironic since those platforms tend to support free expression more than this forum.

I don't blame the manager for this one. Just a freak equalizer, a slow motion car crash of an overhead shin. 2 on target and 2 goals is just peak Premier League, happens to everyone these stupid things.

His profile picture is far worse of a crime than any of his opinions. At least pick a picture where Gary is happy. It's disgusting imo.

My worst fear is they would do an Arsenal/Tottenham and do this oh so impressive "state of the art" stadium and it's like 60k. I want 80k, I want a beast. 70k minimum. Otherwise, why even bother.

Even the pentalty was like the best penalty ever

Burn becoming the new Rolls Royce wasn't on many people's bingo cards. Tuchel was right to select him for England, he looked fantastic yesterday, classy.
-
If he wasn't injury prone I would keep him. But he is. Likeable character and comes across as a humble chap. If he keeps his current form up and stays injury free, I will change my mind
-
Oops I missed this comment, great minds.

This was INCREDIBLE! Elanga hugging that chap after the fourth goal was hilarious, he didn't want to let go and grabbed his shirt.

Haha I was gonna say, that's the ONE thing everyone agrees with re Elanga.
