I know that's what the officials will say but he's stretching to reach a ball, that's what happens to your arms when you do that. Definitely no unnatural.
-
Is it though? Ball is very close to him when struck + He's not actually making himself any bigger + It's not in an unnatural position .
-
That's some bullshit there. It's a good job that penalty won't actually mean anything in the end. But no doubt Arsenal fans will make it all about that.
-
First feelings on it are that it's horrible. Maybe it's different in person but so far I've got nothing good to say about it.

I think they should be exactly at the level Miley is at now. They should be either one of our academy players or a young players trying to break through. Anderson and Miley as 5th and 6th choice would've been the absolute ideal situation in a a perfect world.
-
Miley out and Ndidi in would be one of the most mental transfers ever. Ndidi will be off to Everton or West Ham. That's his level. Maybe Leeds or Burnley even.

Whilst this is true they also have alot of things that we perform badly against. All their front three have pace and ability to take players on, they have an extremely gifted #10 who can pick out passes and create chances from nothing and they have real recovery speed in their defensive line. They've also got a massive amount of quality on the bench in pretty much every position other than at ST. I'm expecting a nervous 1-0 or 2-1. It's going to be very very close indeed.

Arsenal have been below average recently. A point there is definitely achievable even with Big Joe out.

Eddie Howe - Nominated for Manager of the Season
Mazzy replied to InspectorCoarse's topic in Football
Only have to look at Arsenal this season and last season to know that even having the squad and the players isn't a guarantee of winning anything. Same goes for Liverpool in a those few seasons losing out to City. Improvement is all we need right now. -
If Villa don't drop points against Bournemouth then yes I reckon they go on an win the next two. They've lucked out actually by facing Spurs and Man Utd at just the right time in their season and whilst they're both shit.
-
Really need Palace to beat Forest now as I think they'll win their next two against Leicester and West Ham. UCL spots are going down to the last day. I just hope we've already booked our spot by then.
-
Second biggest game of the season against Chelsea next week now. Absolutely need to win it, losing or even drawing is not an option at this point.
-
What an awful goal!!

You keep saying the same thing. Integrity in sport is as important as just about anything. How many times a season do we see team maligned for playing weakened teams in cup competitions, how's it different? I've changed my spelling error, thank you kind sir, my life and everyone else's has improved dramatically.
-
Let's say for example that as well as Chelsea today, that Liverpool were due to play Villa, Forest and City in the next three games. You'd think it's entirely fine for them to field a weakened team for all those games just because they've won the league?
-
I don't think any actually believes that no. Still doesn't mean it's not a cunty move for Liverpool to make 5/6 changes.
-
That Liverpool team is sickening. Absolute jokers.
-
Really poor game of football all round. We were crap, Brighton were Brighton but a draw is fine considering. I'd have taken 1-1 before it started, the problem is how badly we played not the result.
-
It's definitely out of the box. Not sure why there's any argument about that.
-
Would be nice to see Tonali stick this in the corner now.
-
Can see it immediately, even in real time. I'm surprised the ref pointed to the spot .
-
Definitely out of the box. It won't be a penalty.
-
That looked outside the box tbh.
