Højlund just isn't very good. I was wrong about him I admit. Has a bit of Longstaff in his playing style ie falling over way too easy. Looks strong but he doesn't know how to use his strength. Also for a tall player he is absolutely atrocious in the air. I think many Danes would agree with me that his career trajectory has been somewhat baffling. Did very little at Copenhagen (0 league goals, only scored in the Conference League) and they kinda gave up on him and moved him on to Sturm Graz where he then did ok. Was very quickly sold to Atalanta very he was second choice for most of his time there. Then Manure comes in with a 74 million euro bid 74 million for a player who scored 10 goals in Serie A and some national goals against part time defenders He was also terrible in the Euros for us - having the same issues as when he plays for Manure. Poor runs and positioning resulting in him rarely receiving the ball.
