The Europeometer™ (2024/25) - NUFC Qualify for Conference League (at least)

Really hope not.
-
It would add another position to be filled in addition to lb, cm, rw. I think if we sell ASM for 30m and buy another like Gordon for 45m we will be worse off.
-
Might as well just pay the Manuel Ugarte release clause £53m or go in for Kone or Lavia. We have several options for defensive midfielder.
-
€240,385 per week
-
Adrien Truffert and Manuel Ugarte would do.
-
Diaby really plays on the right and scores a lot more goals than ASM. I don't want to lose ASM either but would gladly drop him for Leao.

Newcastle, ManU, and Liverpool end up tied. Newcastle and Liverpool through on GD. I doubt this happens, but it would be pretty funny. -
That would probably require a lot of free transfers and wage inflation. Doubt they want to bring in that many.
-
Adrian Truffert LB, Romeo Lavia or Kephren Thuram DM, Moussa Diaby or Samuel Chukwueze RW looks good especially Diaby.
-
New middle east shirt sponsor to pay £25m. Do we have to pay Fun88 to go away? They were paying less than £8m.
-
We are fifth in net spend over the last five years. Net spend
-
He has a £53m release clause. I think someone pays that price.
-
As long as Todd Boehly is calling the shots, they have a real chance at remaining mid table for years to come. He just keeps making mistakes and digging the hole deeper. The dressing room incident is just the latest.
-
Probably Lavia but, as someone mentioned, City has a buyback clause on him for 40m so they could sink us. Lots of good options at DM Ugarte, Lavia, Onana, and several others. I like our chances to land a good one for a decent price.
-
Opposite of ASM in that he is not going to dribble past anyone but can score. His SOFASCORE is bad.
-
Because interest from Spurs could force us to pay his release clause, which could affect how much we can spend on others.
-
Ugarte looks fantastic, but he has a £53m buyout clause and interest from Spurs. If Saints go down, Romeo Lavia might be a cheaper option as would Thuram or Kone. We have three very good and obvious options at DM, and I would guess another one or two we haven't even heard about yet.
-
Isak had an average 21/22 after a very good 20/21 is the only reason the price seemed high. Worth it.
-
Much ado about nothing. Hope Gordon starts getting more time. I think he is an improvement over Joelinton or Murphy on the wings, and he would push Joelinton back to midfield where he does much better.
-
Agree. ASM and Gordon on the LW.
-
Romeo Lavia and Khephren Thuram too. Good choices for a young affordable defensive midfielder.
-
His form dropped off in 21/22 before we bought him. I was convinced we overpaid. Not anymore.
-
The two forwards with one goal a piece this season? Miggy is the one that doesn't deserve to lose his spot if fully fit.
-
We did buy out a year of Fun88 though didn't we? I don't like the noon.com yellow add on the sleeve either but at least they are paying a lot of money.
