Their fans treating it like a derby is all that discerned it from any run of the mill game to me after 1992 where we moved beyond such things as being bothered about who got more attention on Look North and how biased Roger Thames was. When the legends finished (was on at work all the time) that rivalry pretty much did. Neither like or dislike them, don't mind one way or the other if they get promoted or not. I am seeing other clubs signing players they've been linked to earlier than us which negates scouring their forums to learn this. Not complaining about not getting Carlos but it didn't take Villa a quarter as long to crack for example.
