Old Trafford atmosphere is wank

I was in the east stand at the half way line and the atmosphere was good from there for the most part. Various areas of the ground singing, with the Leazes the most vocal I’ve heard in a long time. It has been poor on occasions, but I think we are sometimes too critical of our atmosphere sometimes, particularly when you hear the silence at other grounds with Anfield and the Etihad to name a couple. Which premier league ground has a consistently better atmosphere than ours?

I think last night was a bit of an exception. Generally, aside from the 'ultras' and the fucking drum, the atmosphere is poor, not helped by large numbers of empty seats. The atmosphere against Villa at the weekend was shit.

They're fucking awful. Kill the match atmosphere in my view. I was sat under the PSG fans and half of them were more bothered about synchronising the clapping rather than watching the match. It was like the first tee at the fucking Ryder Cup. At least PSG only had one drum - BD had two last night plus a loudhailer. The chanting has nil relevance to what is happening in the match - I don't think half of them realised they'd scored.

A mate bought a ticket from a third party ticketing site for last night's game. It turned out to be from a season ticket holder in the Leazes end. When he got to his seat the bloke next to him told him that the ST holder was ill and confirmed that he had sold his ticket back to the club. How then did this ticket end up on a third party site?

I'm not IT savvy by the way, but is there any way a third party ticket site can somehow bag tickets as soon as they appear on the resale site? A short while ago tickets popped up in section LL7A on the site which had gone in the 5 seconds it took me to access the area. Tickets have now appeared in this section on the Live Tickets website.
