Quality goal
-
A decent attacking team would have put a few goals on Spurs today. Wolves are having attack after attack but failing with the final ball or finish.
-
Spurs haven’t created anything outside of the early goal, Wolves are attacking with pace and finding plenty of space out wide but lack composure with the final pass.
-
Wolves finding lots of space with the long ball.
-
Too flash for us but he’s been the best player on the pitch so far.
-
Spurs trying to play the offside and Eric Dier is 5 yards behind everyone else.
-
Wolves looking much better now.
-
You are not being too demanding, any club pushing for Champions League would expect to win away to a bottom half team, especially one with one win in eleven.

If I remember right when we signed Sissoko we signed him up on a pre contract in January for the summer and then offered his club a nominal fee to take him later that month. I’m not sure if the rules have changed but I’m surprised more clubs don’t do that.
-
If we acknowledge we need to upgrade the right hand side then you sell either of Almiron or Murphy, either in January if both are fit by then but if not the summer.
-
There are options for wiggle room regarding transfers, even if it means selling someone either in January or before July 1st in the summer.

I think it’s more the idea that the fee they paid for ASM is in any way representative of where they see us in terms of priority, as they have that much money that they are above having a priority on where to put it. The likely scenario is that a conversation has taken place on how much do they think they can get away with paying as a transfer fee without alarm bells going off within football, they looked at a value range for him and went with the lower end of that to be on the safe side. They will bankroll this club up to the maximum they can in terms of FFP, using every advantage they can whilst looking to be above board.

I thought Bruno’s was worse than Havertz, he reminded me of when Lex Luger was in the WWF.
-
I would play a midfield trio of Longstaff and Willock with Miley sat in behind, Then Joelinton and Almiron out wide and Gordon up top, presuming Wilson isn’t 100% fit.
-
I would like to see us loan a different midfielder from abroad and then that club loan Neves as a replacement, just for the tears.
-
I like how rattled the other clubs are, it is almost like they are trying to delay the inevitable of us smashing the sky six for good.
-
Maatsen at left back, he was at Burnley last season and he turned down a £32 million move there in the summer.
-
I think the logic was there in what he wanted to do; the plan was to keep it as tight as possible and let the home fans get vocally frustrated which was likely after the weekend. Then as the game went on and became more end to end, we bring on our direct attackers.
-
More that I remember Bobby Robson telling Lee Bowyer that it doesn’t matter how well you play that Dyer will be back in the team in front of you when he’s fit. Such poor man management.
-
Bournemouth are not in good form and I can see this game finishing the manager off.
-
Livramento should be starting the next game over Trippier as he is the player in form, if Trippier wants the spot back then he needs to raise his game when he has the opportunity. That isn’t needing your head checked, it is called good management by showing nobody is guaranteed their place in the side and that anybody who raises their game will be rewarded.
-
Put it behind us and concentrate on Bournemouth.

Trippiers free kick was terrible.

Pope with the fake injury so we can talk tactics.
