Assists are not nearly as common as goals, the Premier League record in a season is 20. 10 assists is often within the top 5 or 6 in the entire league. In the 21/22 season Barnes was joint 3rd.

I don't remember how effective they were in the 21/22 season, but they barely finished in the top 10. I can imagine that it wont be that hard to provide assists in our team next season.

This guy provided 10 assists in the 21/22 PL season. 23 assists in the last 4 seasons. Not all about the goals really, their strikers just dropped in form last season.

Why does asking price matter? Not long ago Maddison was not going unless Leicester got atleast £60 mill. It's about what other clubs are willing to pay.

He was left on the bench 5 times all season. And he was a brand new player bought last summer. 2 of those were right after recovery of a knee injury. Did Maxi go through recovery all season?

I don't know why people say that the only big problem injuries.. How many times did Howe leave him on the bench last season when he was fit? It was quite a few. I'm also not convinced that it was allways down to being careful when Howe talked about that being the reason. I remember him being injury free for some months and still being on the bench. If he's so amazing and fit into the system, why is that?

Anyways given his injury record I'd rather sign Ruben Neves for the same price. There's a reason as to why the top teams in Europe are not trying to sign ASM.

When did ASM score 17 in a league season? Isak did it at 21. Even that season you talk about he scored more than what ASM has ever done in a season. And that was a disappointing season for Isak goalwise.

Okay, let me drop to your level. Watch his goal scoring numbers for last season and tell me he's worth £50 mill. If you blame injuries, well injuries is part of the reason as to why he's not worth that much.

£50 mill? Compare that price to Tonali for £55 mill and Maddison for £40 mill.. Don't think we will get more than £40 mill.

Apart from rotation and injuries inside the squad, it's a bit difficult to fit Gordon into our team as a striker or nr. 8. I'm hoping that he will shine as a winger, because that's what we need. But ofcourse, having the ability to do a job in several positions is very nice.

Imagine Joelinton, Bruno and Tonali ganging up on you.. With Dan Burn as their backup.
