Actually a good shout tbf. Didnt realise they were only off in town. Swan isnt that bad, mate runs it so was surprised the pints had improved from my last visit. Not difficult mind ha
-
You would hate driving into the ind est then, one road in/out and an absolute nightmare ha. If you cant get a lift park somewhere like the Prince in Jarrow, busstop to the estate is opposite
-
Was going to reply to your first post but good job i waited to see this. Yeah metros off and the bus is a bit of a nightmare(as is driving to that daft industrial estate). You could drive in and park on the housing estate before it to avoid the traffic faff on. Its only a short walk through to the stadium at the back of the estate.

His ridiculous insistence on playing Pickford so much has always been a problem. Was a qualifier at one point when he was injured we had two keepers without a cap. This is what friendlies are for ffs
-
So Ashley Cole right back and Kyle Walker left back? And you think the strange part is Gazza wide left?
-
Howe out. Outrageous
-
To be honest I don't see why we couldn't have sent those three lads we binned in January there. Would have been a great shop window for them, they didn't exactly get great clubs
-
I'm getting old, never even heard of half of those. VG won't be remotely cheap though. BB hasn't convinced me at all anytime I watch him either.
-
Unless the Saudis have developed inverted stadiums I can't see how anything else happens trapped between leazes terrace and barrack road.
-
It sums up that everyone I know that are on Facebook kicking off are the same ones who cried over taking the knee, shouted loudest for brexit and regularly share shit about immigrants. Thought I had deleted them all but only takes one share/comment to bring them back in view It's a pretty dumb move by Nike given that flagshaggers are so predictable but as neesy said the bigger crime is the price of shirts these days
-
Yeah mine wouldnt either, the player kept logging off but have it on iptv anyway s will definitely watch
-
Totally agree mind, its a huge financial and logistical mess for a very small reward
-
Thats a spectacularly bad estimate mind. Try 5x although probably more 10x that
-
Thats what i said from the start, doesnt change that we are booting thousands out during the task which is why you replied in the first place.
-
Thats great, we can afford to put 7000 people in the gods than most on here refuse to sit in. That doesnt change how hard and lengthy the whole task will be, just look how high the back will need to be given the drop off. The metro station and current road are issues that will require a hell of a lot of work and expense. If we are wrapping Level 7 all around how do you solve the carpark and disruption to Barrack Road. Its a huge task regardless of what Shepherd though was possible

For one thing it was widely stated that the Gallowgate isnt build strong enough to hold more fans/expand its size. The entire fountadions will need to be completely rebuild and reinforced. The sheer scale of it is undersetimated by loads of people. Saw one lad on Facebook say we can just stick another tier on stilts and its easy ffs. Also Liverpools new stand is completely different situation entirely
-
You are knocking down the entire stand to rebuild it. Theres obviously going to be some point where its unusable due to access/safety reasons
-
Even bigger nightmare solving the meltdown of the entire Gallowgate/corners being empty for best part of 2 seasons to acheive it. Is it really worth 7000 extra bums on seats when the financial reward is almost nonexistent? We still wouldnt have adequate commercial revenue to advance the club where people want to be. How do you sell a stadium renaming when Ashley did it and the overwhelming reaction was 'it will always be called St James anyway' Not exactly a soldi case to the FMV panel....
-
75% of their promotion squad was on loan/out of contract, they had little choice with bringing in players
-
Got to love the narrative that we are going 21000 miles straiught after the last game but Spurs arent
-
That weedaphile is a very strange person
-
I wouldn't be opposed to a few of these signings if we can keep our best players. Keep filtering out the shite while not going big wouldn't be the worst given we should be 5/6 players better off with injuries and shit anyway.
-
You would think they would make up rumours of players we actually need. He started on the left this week
