It does sound like Leipzig and/or Šeško are purposely delaying this. Question is whether it’s Leipzig wanting a bidding war or Šeško wanting Man U, or both. As it stands though we’ve made two bids. We keep being threatened through cartel media that Man U are going to bid and that he’s going to choose them. So far they’ve done the square root of fuck all. I don’t think they have the resources to compete with us on this deal. They’re hoping we’re forced to move on because of Leipzig’s inaction and then they make a bid which Leipzig accept because at that point, they’d be the only players at the table.
