Can we in anyway use this situation to improve our FFP position? E.g lawsuit to claim the wages we paid him over x period etc
-
Class, my first time doing it this year and got 105k
-
Yep, Nmecha and Barella
-
Hopefully it's another smokescreen to Edwards a la Nmecha, Barella Having said that £15m would be cheap, no way Arsenal would do that
-
He loves a Hollywood save

Interesting thoughts mate Playing both Tino and Hall makes it hard to have the back 3 in possession like you said, Tino is better running up the pitch, and Hall is starting to look quality in his distribution Will be interesting to see how we fit them both in and maximise there skillsets, both are wasted imo if they're hanging back in the 3, someone like Kelly at LB would make more sense then, but what would Halls role be then? Etc

Barnes right wing?
-
So impressed with his heart and determination considering he was being kicked to bits and was clearly in pain / struggling
-
Aye, it was odd at the time and hindsight has only proven that Gordon is so good on the left, deffo strange to buy a 40m back up for him. Just hope we get a quality RW this summer
-
What does he say before '... just so I know who you are'?
-
Don't watch many interviews / press conferences, but has anyone else noticed what an absolute wanker Ange is compared to the start of the season? He seems to find away to make a snide comment to any and every question these days, I remember the start of the season he was a joker and all smiles
-
Don't believe that article at all, but because of all the talk about losing Bruno/Isak, I never thought of who our 3rd most valuable player is, and I think that is Gordon Guess the journalists are sick of mentioning Bruno and Isak!
-
Reckon Tosin and Botman will be out main CB pairing in a year or 2 for the foreseeable (on the basis Schar starts to age) Or think we could recruit another in the near future? Only reason I ask is there was a few Diomande links, who looks like he'll go onto big things
-
If we manage to get these 2, do people think that's our business done in defence?
-
He's been unreal for us and I really like him, but I can't understand people's reluctance to sell him if we got a sensible offer, we really need our second striker to have a better fitness record, especially with Isak hardly being bulletproof either
-
I love Pope and definitely don't want us to sign Ramsdale for the reasons others have said I like it when keepers are a calming presence; Allison for Liverpool is as good as it gets lately for a keeper imo. Not a fan of the weird / eccentric types like Ramsdale It would be good if our next keeper does have some ability with the ball at their feet, mainly so we can slow the ball down and keep a bit more possession in certain times
-
Doubt we'd have a third striker, most teams don't, likely we'd rely on one of our wingers to cover as third choice, which should be sufficient
-
No, but if we have 2 strikers and a Gordon etc as back up, dont you want them both to be reliable? If we could get a decent fee for a 30+ year old Wilson and replace him with an understoody to Isak, who'd presumably be able to support and learn across the 50-60 games we play, I'd think we'd be in a better position, if not short term then definitely long term imo Plus, Isak always seems knackered after 60 mins and has his own injury issues this season, there's a massive role for our second striker to play, whether Wilson or a new one
-
True, though Wood was absolutely shite and being available shouldn't mean they aren't good Wood and Wilson are canny old, you'd hope there'd be a few young, talented and hopefully non injury-pone strikers we've scouted and could consider Personally I wish we got Joao Pedro, think he was 35m and would have probably fitted quite well in the team when Isak has been injured
-
I've not seen him ever, but he is rated incrediblely highly from all the twitter experts, and apparently wanted by the very top teams, like you say a dreamy coup if it comes off
