    Lewis Hall

Feel like with his technical ability, good left foot and small centre of gravity, he'd be good being an inverted LB, stepping into midfield However, Trippier and Livramento are aggressive RBs and I can't see us doing both of them

    Harvey Barnes

Thought he was unreal until he got tired, ran like a dog and was a total nuisance, also was very good and intentional when on the ball When everyone is fit, LW is by far our strongest position on the pitch

    Alexander Isak

Honestly can't see Arsenal going for him, could be completely wrong like Jesus is quality when fit. Arteta has turned Havertz into a very useful player this season, plus they spent £70m on him. With the fee Isak would command due what we paid + contract length, it would make no sense for them to go big on a ST If I was them I'd go big on a Pedro Neto / outlet player
  4. As stupid as this sounds as I have never seen him play, but I really want us to get Marmadashvili, especially with no guarantees Pope comes back as good as he was Something about having our GK position and the heart of our defence filled for the next 10+ years would be amazing

    Lewis Hall

How many games does he need to play before people can comment on his thighs?
  6. Their goal off the free kick... When the ball is played to Bowen he shifts over to the left post, when the ball is played to Kudus, he doesn't move more central of the goal, the ball is basically hit in the middle of the goal and it still goes in
  7. Totally agree, Man City winning makes me feel nothing Would rather Arsenal win over Liverpool though if it had to be one of those 2, couldn't bare the scousers if it happened. People already talk as if Klopp is better than Pep, never mind if they won another league

    Alexander Isak

Best I've seen his drop off / link up play last night, some amazing touches and lay offs

Aye, if the rumours have some truth, then it's insane how much international football can overhype a manager
  10. That was my thoughts too, but thought his ability on the ball was good yesterday, suprised me Not saying he is Rodri or Bruno G with the ball, but he showed some ability
  11. Thought Onana was quality against us last night, would love him in our midfield
  12. This, since the takeover we've already bought Burn and Targett, and have 30M plus committed out of our summer budget on Hall. As much as I'd love a Hincapie singing or something, it makes no sense funneling half our budget into LB constantly However, whilst we have great depth at LB on paper, it's a clear weak point of our first 11. And all players are different Lloyd Kelly would great as free transfer. But yeah I'm really curious as to what we do at LB in the Summer
  13. Aye, seemed to link up so well will Bellingham considering it was his first game
  14. Proper impressed, played with and against some elite players and didn't look out of place at all.

    How has Bruno done?
  16. Feel like I've read it somewhere or maybe just a rumour on here, if it's a recurring problem then an operation may fix it I'd guess
  17. Christ that was longer than needed, just my thoughts and how it's going to be a bit difficult to cover all weaknesses I guess, and how outgoings are going to be crucial if FPP is going to make things as hard as it seems
  18. For me it's clear as day we need a better RW option, and we really can't rely on Wilson as back up, or Isak to be fit for a full season (though hopefully this changes if he has surgery etc) so another ST needed imo. Absolute worst case a RW who can play CF and we keep Wilson The Pope injury, will he be at the same level as he was before? Beforehand, I'd have been happy with Pope as number 1 for another year, but if his levels have dropped, does it become a priority position? Mamardashvili etc and we've hopefully got our own Allison for the next 10 years? Botman injury, I think we'd have already been looking at a new CB, but now I assume this is higher up the list.. Left back situation. Major current weakness, we have Burn, Hall, Targett, Dummett (going). We we've already committed £30M+ to Hall in Summer, so can't see us going big here.... In an ideal world, sell Targett and get Lloyd Kelly on a free. Though not sure how we will ever bed Hall into the team if we keep playing with a '3rd' centre back at left back? Just my thoughts, and that's not even thinking about midfield. There's a few profiles we don't have, not including Bruno. 1 a athletic DM (Onana). 2 Someone who can slow the game down and control (Silva as eg). 3 someone with final third qualities (Maddison eg) Not at all saying we need to get these types of players, Liverpool don't for example, and Howe may want our midfield to be all lungs/energy and get our goals from the wings, the counter press etc, which is likely considering the how we play and the fact we haven't addressed these types of players before
  19. For those saying we now need 2 CBs, don't you think the club will consider if we can get away with 1 CB? It would be Schar, Lascelles, new CB and Krafth who could cover until Botman was back. Leaving Tino and Trippier cover for right back Then at LB, Burn could also cover CB, assuming Targett and Hall are here for LB cover I was thinking it just pushes the need for a CB up the priority list
  20. Tosin at Fulham is on a free this summer too? Can't say I know much of him but him and Kelly wouldn't be a bad idea I guess if we are hamstrung with FFP
  21. CB's then... Presume the injury to Botman will have pushed the young/talented CB singing up the list of priority?
  22. Aye was literally about to post about Arteta, hate the bastard but once Klopp goes in his hiatus, think Arteta will be comfortabley the second best behind Pep, his Arsenal team are quality
  23. Feel like unless you're Liverpool, Arsenal, Madrid or Bayern, then you're dependent on how poor City perform compared to their best to get a result I realy don't think they're as good as they were last season, they've had plenty of shaky moments and I think they're inconsistent, hoping we perform like we did against Villa away and I'd give us a shot
