  1. Hahaha true! Didn't consider how shite their talent ID is 😂
  2. Weirdly, Chelsea being linked with Trafford gives me a bit more confidence in him Always found it odd he has no other links to clubs, never mind links to big clubs If we are fancying him to become World class/very good, England's no.1 in due course (which I'd hope for, our previous young English singings have been exceptional, Hall/Tino etc) Then I am suprised there isn't loads of interest in him
  3. Well said, ultimately 2 things can be true at the same time - Mbeumo would be a fantastic signing, further enhancing our current style of play - We could do with someone with a different profile on the RW (the next Olise would be my ideal type of signing)
  4. I'm sure hope and edwards said he's our number 1 RW target
  5. Whatever happened to Bakayoko? Had a poor season this year?
  6. If we sign something like GK - Trafford CB - Guehi CM - unsure, Mateus Fernandes, Lamine Camara etc RW - Mbeumo Or similar quality players for cheaper prices... I guess I'd be content with DCL
  7. No mention of a CM in these articles, really hope we do get one, necessity imo, I seen somewhere Joelinton has missed 36% of matches the last 2 years
  8. That is true, cheap releases clauses = more player power
  9. Shame about Delap, such good value with that £30M release clause Feels a bit pointless for Chelsea, I don't think Delap improves them that much, he isn't good enough right now to lead the line for a top 4 club, and he'll be 1 of many attackers that they rotate to similar effect as they do Newcastle and Howe would have done him wonders imo
  10. Well said 👏 Forgot about all of this, got no luck with our SD's do we Hope our next one isn't such a big personality and happy to work in the back ground, like Liverpool have, Palace etc
  11. Wouldn't mind a bit of transfer dopamine, got far too excited with Joan García link
  12. Surely low base, high bonuses is a massive risk from his point of view? He'd be better off taking a step down or 2, or going abroad etc Even if he played for free, he'd feel like a waste of a bench space imo
  13. Wew, just seen Romano has confirmed it! He'll probably be one of their best players whilst they have another poor season imo
  14. Crazy how 'guaranteed' Cunha seems to be for Man U
  15. This should probably go in the twitter bullshit thread so apologies... But Joel Bland has said Crystal Palace are interested in Miley Certainly a good sign as Palace are great at finding English talent, but we do need to find a way to develop Miley further, either with us or a loan is my preference if we sign a midfielder imo Right now I can only see him covering for Bruno's role as they both aren't very quick, but are hard to disposess, good at passing, and can thread a good ball through Think the roles Joelinton / Tonali do are not suited to Miley's skillset
  16. £50m would be a joke, deffo a load of crap. Bought for £32m, 3 years left so £19.2m left You can't buy a player even half as talented as him for £30m
  17. Tino is the kind of defender you can see shutting down vinicious Jnr in a champions league semi final away game Hope man City F off
  18. Romano Just said he is City's number 1 target Can see us only accepting a crazily high fee Young, genuine world class talent defensively, can play on both sides, tall and rapid, paid £35m for him, 3 years left on deal (I think). We also have an old Trippier and Krafth as back up, so it isn't like we could just sign a cheap/talented replacement and not expect a drop in performance across the squad £80m +
  19. Jealous of Man U if they get Delap and Cunha in Would be unreal to have 2 signings wrapped up at the start of the transfer window

    Marc Guehi

How did he play in a final? Couldn't watch the game
  21. Agreed US and Villa - only 1 striker to compete with, 60-70 games if we do well in cups, good managers, good atmosphere and support from club and fans Man U and Chelsea - toxic, ruin players, weaker strikers to compete with so probably more playing time, but way more pressure, as these 2 clubs SHOULD be at the top based on their finances, churn of players, management, negative press etc I also think at £30m it's an insane opportunity, like Huijsen was. Even if he does average for a CL club for 2 years, you'd easily make a decent profit on him.
  22. They have a divine right to CL because emery and loan signings tho

    Joe Willock

Our left centre mid role is quite a challenging role to play Joelinton dominates the whole left side of the pitch, high up and also tracking far back to support the left back. And he's a pretty good runner with the ball. And able to slot into a back 5, wing back etc when tactically required And he makes runs in behind / is a target for the long ball Prime Willock is better with the ball / attacking sense, but weaker defensively Don't think there's many like for like replacements, I like Ederson from Atlanta if we want more of the same, or Cunha if we want something different
  24. How much is Gittens expected to go for?
  25. Yeah, our young English signings have been phenomenal
