that late point at Brighton looking priceless now ditto Forest dropping points against Leciester
-
most players nowadays I'm pretty sure will choose whichever PL club offers the best payday, it's that simple sadly MU can still blow most clubs out of the water on that front
-
Fulham can't get 8th now, probably doesn't make a difference but would be nice if they take points off City so we could finish ahead of them
-
Brighton losing would be handy as keeps Bournemouth and Fulham well in the race for 8th and both play City
-
if Spurs win wait for Ange's 'told you so, mate' gloating at least Amorim would probably admit their season was still embarrassing if either muster up a performance tonight and do us a favour (not bloody likely) then maybe I could cheer for one of them
-
don't want want to see that obnoxious, arrogant prick of a manager Ange win a trophy, he'd be unbearably smug and I hate the thought of MU winning yet another trophy in one of the worst seasons in their history there is no good outcome here
-
very disappointing for him and a blow ahead of Arsenal game for sure some embarrassing reactions here like 'waste of space' and 'time to sell', fucking hell fhe's just back from an ACL injury and still very young for a CB
-
seems to me like Arsenal are always exaggerating their injury situation at one point this season when they had around 5 players missing they were blaming injury crisis for their form while other teams had much worse
-
maybe if MU tried to finish a few places higher up in the league they wouldn't have to make so many 'necessary' cuts each league place is worth something like 3m? yet looks like they've completely given up now and happy to finish 17th
-
finishing second with a trophy to celebrate this season would be a monumental achievement the only slight downside to that is people's expectations - it's unlikely we repeat that next season and then you get people questioning Howe's future at the club and all the usual shite I'm not expecting a title challenge next season and just worry Howe might become a victim of his own success balancing European football with domestic will be difficult
-
sure they're not, but maybe someone on twitter will pick it up next time with your reputation for being right and then it spreads widely
-
genuine question why would a Newcastle fan leak our team the day before the game unless they wanted to be known as ITK? as if it gets picked up beyond here it could potentially benefit our opposition same goes for whoever leaked it yo you nobody should be leaking anything our side imo
-
I think the Arsenal fear is largely down to our appalling record at their ground bar this season's cup game and it's their last home game so should be up for it I keep telling myself if we don't get CL at least we'll win the Europa next season
-
it's sad the way things are going but an English side winning a European trophy nowadays is not the special achievement it used to be all the money is now in the PL, the likes of West Ham and Bournemouth spend way more on transfers/wages than 95% of clubs in the Spanish, Italian, German, French and Portuguese leagues and obviously dwarf the smaller leagues in spending the gap between the PL and Europe will only continue to grow and grow until English clubs are completely dominant sure we'd expect to win the Conference and be amongst the favourites for the EL if Spurs win the EL the best team they'll have faced will be MU, and we all know how shite they are relative to almost every other PL side all English finals are also shite that said I'd still happily celebrate us winning any European trophy

pity Bilbao messed up the home leg so badly, they're a better team
