Why would a manager have input into DoF/SD job which is essentially a more senior job -
Yup cause its WC year and cant imagine he will want to miss out now Southgate is gone

confirmed by NUFC set to leave by mutual consent -
Probably a better financial backage for him and gives us more security with the longer contract which keeps his value high. Win win for both parties. He could have asked for a release clause if Liverpool come calling for example, nobody knows.

This is Murphy 90% of the time tbf. He seems to have a purple streak which lasts 4/5 games then returns to normal. We all know RW is our weakest position and Murphy should be a sub/backup next year

Had a poor season generally with a couple of decent performances, hope he resets for next year. If his head has been turned by Liverpool last summer then id get rid as his attitude, workrate this year been shocking. Feel like him getting into the England squad and Liverpool wanting him might have affected him

Great to see KK at the club again

Also a training cone

We could decide to mutually terminate his contract if nobody wants him, take the financial hit but wont be as much as paying his wages for a year and allows him to sign elsewhere on a free. Obviously the cost of a mutual termination will be less than last summer.

Pretty much a training cone these days so can see him staying.

I don't? We have made a profit on someone who we signed on a free and was a bit part player at most, we have done really well to get as much as we have for him if it ends up being over €20m -

Lloyd Kelly - Juventus' €17.5m Obligation to Buy Activated (Romano)

Lloyd #Kelly will be a permanent Juventus player! A minimum threshold of appearances in the season, easily achievable, has triggered the obligation to purchase. The economic figures: Kelly arrived in Juventus on loan until June 30, 2025 for an initial cost of 3 million euros, to which 0.8 million in additional costs are added. The cost for the definitive acquisition is set at 14.5 million euros, to be paid in three financial years, plus 2.7 million in additional costs. The contract also includes bonuses linked to sporting objectives up to a maximum of 6.5 million, which could increase the overall outlay well beyond 20 million. Surely with the Lloyd Kelly deal are we not only getting €4.8m this summer which is fairly insignificant in the grand scheme of things
