I think last season was Wissa’s first through the middle and he really knows where the goal is. He’s miles ahead of Osula (who may be better out wide based on scant evidence to date) and given how things are going I would take Wissa in a heartbeat. We’d all love To Madeira but it ain’t gonna happen.

Offered nothing much against Celtic and has it all to do. He seems to have fairly devoted fans on here for whatever reason and I hope he can make a little more impression in the next games.

I’m forced to conclude that people turning their nose up at Wissa didn’t actually watch him play last season. He was consistently quality and would elevate our squad. We’re geared to prefer flashy, youthful potential, but sometimes there’s value in adding a guy like Wissa to your squad too. See Burn, Dan.

If that last update is correct, I think we’re playing this as well as we can. Just hope we can move quickly on these “other targets”. We are fighting teams with limitless wealth, but they can’t sign everyone.
