Ornstein not having a clue whats going on and going with the flow part #2, from 1 month ago: https://www.themag.co.uk/2025/06/newcastle-united-have-no-intention-of-selling-alexander-isak-whatsoever-david-ornstein/ But isn't Ornstein one of those now reporting (despite what he's said above) he's known Isak has been unhappy for a year....?

Will see what it looks like on Tindall first before deciding whether to take the plunge or not.

You saying we overpaid for Tonali bro?

@The College Dropout called this the other month when he said NUFC wasn't PIFs number 1 priority. TCD knows ball.

Be surprised if any player signs for Milan now as they don't want to sell anyone.

£7m

£90 for Stan Smiths and the build quality has dropped on them significantly.

Oh my bad. Just when you said there was nobody else I thought you were suggesting it as a genuine idea.

Is that not just his eczema rash

It's probably about 20 years since Keegan last signed a player (deliberately not including any of the signings we made under Keegan whilst Ashley was here as I very much doubt he wanted many or any of them). The game and the players has moved on a lot in that time. I reckon Keegan would be like a fish out of a water trying to buy a player these days, what with players and agents being extra pampered and wanting X, Y and Z in their contracts as well as numerous clauses and whatever else. At 74 he probably just can't be arsed with any of it.
-
You reckon João Pedro for example knows who Keegan is? He may very well do but doubt he'd give a toss what he has to say about Newcastle when Chelsea and London are calling.
-
Yeah I'm fully aware of that. Oba Martins admitted he had no idea who Keegan was in 2008 when we appointed him as manager. Luke Shaw told Lampard he had no idea who Tony Adams was.
-
I can't think of any negotiating skills Keegan has to offer for any potential signings. He might be able to romanticise about the club but most footballers these days probably won't even know who Keegan is.

Wouldn't say it makes no sense. For starters we'd have sold one player and replaced him with a better one.
