Reckon they just assume we're going to win so showing the games that impact 5th. -
Would prefer Ekitike.

Being out of the CL will hurt Spurs more than Man Utd. Think Spurs need it to try and convince themselves and others that this year was a blip and they still belong in the top 7. Man Utd will always have the means to shoot back up even if they don't have CL football. On the other hand though, it's always nice to see Man Utd fail so wouldn't be too arsed which way it goes.

Just need Targett's £500k a week wages off the books now.
-
I'm sure the £50-100m they'll get during the World Club Cup will soften the blow. Could always withdraw from that if he's worried about it.
-
Really not sold on Kelleher one bit.
-
Goodison played 300+ for Tranmere so not him, Whitmore looks right though.
-
Whitmore & Goodison for Jamaica?
-
Milner was capped 300 times by England U21 at least from memory if he counts.
-
Looks brilliant that.
-
Don't think his work ethic has been a problem, just his quality on the ball hasn't been the same.
-
A lot on that list were out-and-out wingers where teams had 2 strikers. So if one striker got 20+, the other around 12, around 7-8 would be a good return for a winger if they were getting the assists. Wingers these days should be getting around 10-12 a season minimum given there's only one striker and a lot are cutting in on their strong foot.
-
Lamptey worth getting on a free if Trippier goes?
-
If we draw and Villa draw for example, we'll still have 100% earned it.
-
Derek McInnes new Hearts manager. Meh.
-
That's where Murphy would come in though when Mbuemo needs a game or two off?

2-0 to us and I also think Villa will drop points. -

Exactly why I think a season at a promotion-chasing Championship club would be perfect if we could get a decent loan to cover him for a year. Within a few weeks down there he'd see he's a class above everyone technically and he can start to express himself a lot more. The following season he'd hopefully have the self confidence to continue that in the Premier League against better players knowing what he's capable of. -
Yep, it's shite. Even if we could only get £60m for Gordon and sign Eze for the same, isn't it worth something daft like an extra £40m we could spend this summer? Someone with a better understanding of PSR could explain it better.
-
Was hoping it'd be Arsenal away 1997. Week before the end of the season to set us up for 2nd place.
-
If PSR wasn't a thing I don't even think it'd be a discussion would it? I know it sounds like we're in a good position this summer but if you can do a bit of juggling to get 1 or 2 in on top of what we would be able to otherwise, then I don't think it's a worthless discussion?
-
Semi-regular England international, CL experience, long term contract and age. I could see Arsenal or Liverpool fishing for not far off that price. We're in a position where we already have a very good LW and could go for someone like Eze who is also very good and who I think could be as good as Gordon was for us last season. That extra £15-20m profit could be worth a very good other player or two to pad out the squad PSR-wise.
-
It's why I think if we can get £70-80m for Gordon we'll take it. There's a bracket of players like Cunha, Semenyo, Eze, etc in the £50-60m bracket where you get a very good replacement and money for wages/fees elsewhere. Trying to do similar for Bruno, Tonali, Isak would be a helluva lot harder.

Thankfully Man Utd have been able to draw with Liverpool, City & Arsenal at home so they are just as likely to be able to draw with Villa as Everton are away to us?
