Mike
Definitely missed. As bad as last season was, I never felt any dread when he was on the ball.
Guest SLK
Legend...He will always be remembered as one of the great players who played for our NUFC...I remember his two goals against Derby County the year they got relegated where we scored 6 goals to 1...Nobby scored 2 that day.... To watch 5 of them at Westham playing against us will be a dream....SBR NUFC against Sam's NUFC hehehe
toontownman
The last of the old guard. Is Shola the longest serving outfield member of our squad now? (excluding solano's villa excursion) We have got some squad together now, just hope it doesnt take too long to gel.
Memphis
Really enjoyed watching Nobby play. Class on the ball, great passing, composure, solidity. I will miss seeing him in black and white.

Guest SLK
I'm not sure now if I still should hate WestHam or start to like them
Thespence
Nobby you were my football bet 3-0 win & with first & last goal. It only paid out once for me. Best of luck. On the darker side you were part of the bling squad as I saw out with Bling crew often pissed & you only have to leave the club because you got some girl up the pat mick & your bird blew you out & fucked off to London. You really couldn't be going to WHU at better time your pals Dyer & Bellamy are there & you international colleague Pizarro is playing in London. Lazy
My second favorite Newcastle player has gone. I would be sad about it but this transfer window has been brilliant. Good luck Nobby mate, you picked a crap club to go to though!
Elliottman
aye, all the best Nobby. Top class player. Hasnt lost his brain, just a couple of yards of pace. One of those players you know really loved the club. All; the best fella! Shame you went to West Ham though.
thedudeabides
One of my favourite ever Newcastle players, always a pleasure to watch and one of the few imports (Pav&Albert too) who understood what the club means to the fans. Can't wait to see what should be a great reception when he returns with West Ham. Good luck fella.
Tsunami
Cheers Nobby, never forget the shot against the bar in Milan. Sums up the Toon perfectly.
Cronky
I first saw him soon after he joined, in a training session. I couldn't believe that a player that small would survive in English football. He was always very composed on the ball, and somehow always seemed to make the correct decision. A very clever player. Guest andynufc84
All the best Nobby, fantastic player and servant for the club. Nobby was a 1 in a million, very unique.
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
he's only gone on a 1 year deal with a 1 year option. Do you think he'll go back to South America next year?
LoveItIfWeBeatU
Just missed out on a testimonial too The 10 years continuous service testimonial clock is reset if a player leaves i.e. going to Aston Villa for a season and a half.
Guest Brewcastle
What a pity Nobby leaves. -But thanks for the years of beeing a Magpie Nobby! -Maybe you still will be one even in the Hammers jersey....?

James
In the future, I hope people forget his weaknesses. I think they will, and in years to come, Nobby will be considered a cult figure of the 90's and 00's
Guest firetotheworks
All the best Nobby. Most cultured right foot Ive seen at Newcastle after Beardsley. If you watch the Shearer DVD of all his goals, its unbelievable how many were set up by Nobby. Would be in my all time Newcastle starting XI on the right wing.
