Souness to Ireland?

Bolton might as well take a punt on someone like Martin Allen rather than keep regurgitating some of these guys.

What's Martin Allen ever done? Gary Johnson or Simon Grayson would be better choices.

Basically anyone other than the likes of the names we keep on hearing was what I was saying ...

Souness has hardly 'failed consistently'. He's won a lot of stuff in his time.

mainly in scotland. his biggest job to date showed just how inept he was/is.

Rangers - trophies.

Liverpool - trophies.

Portugal - trophies.

Blackburn - trophies and promotions.

Newcastle - fucked up big-time.

Never a brilliant manager and utterly hopeless here, but he hasn't 'failed consistently'.

 I'm really not at all. He crucified us, plain and simply. But he's had plenty of success in his career as a manager - that's a fact - and i think he'd actually do well at Bolton. I think he's got the right sort of attitude to sort them out.

If you say so, I would say his attitude / ego were his biggest problem here, and at a struggling team like Bolton I can't see that working to his advantage.

This would be amazing if true.  Got relatives down there and they used to slag us off when they had 'big sam' and we had this cunt.
