CPL
Scary that Smith is considered the one of the 2 best centre mdfileders for the club. Same for Butt as well. Butt is a reasonale DM but doesnt provide good enough defensive cover to make exception for a scarily bad passing. I still have no idea what Smith provides for the team, is he a defnsive midfilder, an up and down midfilder or an atacking midfilder. No idea. Roz looks clueless. Genuinely doesnt have a clue what to do at RB. Ive seen Duff defnd more than him. Enrique looks good to me, i have no complaints about him. Faye is a monster. Viduka looks ok, doesnt have enough support, needs midfilders running past him when he recives the ball 'deep' Owen - we should bring him on at half time. Id like to see Roz and Tay reunited, Faye in the midfield with Butt. See if those 2 can get a grip of the possession, give the wngers more freedom. Faye been a monster so you want him in midfield? If Rozenhal was playing center half he'd have been outpaced by their striker most of the time

Shearergol
Allardyce is signing his own death warrant with the continuing selection of Smith in midfield. His acceptance of his awfulness far outweighs the shrewdness of getting the excellent Faye to follow him north. But is he a SA signing or a MA signing? Cajun
Butt really shouldn't be a regular starter anymore. Very very limited player. Hope the Diarra rumours are true.
Unbelievable
So we've established that Smith's real level is below top half Championship teams..? Dunno. Name a player on their team that has set up better chances for them than Smith. He's in the running for MOTM. Are you pissed? Are you? That's some of that subtle American sarcasm there. Some humour lessons needed here I fear.. Got it now..
Wullie
I'm not sure about Enrique, tbh. Doesn't look all that to me. Eh? I recall him making one rushed pass that went out, other than that he has been faultless. Good on the ball. Agreed. Sorry, I was rushed. Looks comfortable on the ball and has done well defensively, but not sure at all about his passing or vision. Seems to pick the wrong option a lot and love his digs down the line. I've noticed that he often looks inside but Butt and Smith just aren't offering themselves, plus they can do nowt when they get it. His only options are to play it down the line or knock it long to the strikers.

Guest Oz Toon
Fixed: Sub Smith and Butt. Bring on Cacapa and Lua Lua. Cacapa to CB and Faye to DM and Lua Lua as an attacking Midfielder. Then get Carrol on later.

Ikon
get Arshavin in who can play in quite a few positions, loan gourcuff (spelling) or buy him from Milan, he never gets the chance there and is a good and really promising player from what i have seen, also try and go for Manuel Fernandes from Valencia, dont know if he's just on loan there or something like that as i remember he was owned by some company. well buy or loan. if we had not signed Shitty Smith and Barton we could of financed these deals without having to spend alot. then our midfield would of looked a hell of alot better.
