indi Posted January 26, 2008 Share Posted January 26, 2008 I need to know who is taking responsibility in midfield for linking up our play in general, because this has been a big problem for us. Is it Zoggy or Butt? Or is everyone just raising their games? I'm so so relieved right now. Both playing well, but specialising in what you'd expect each of them to. My personal view is that the most significant thing is that they have options, players are making themselves available to receive the ball, something we've not had since Robson. It's really refreshing, although it's a high energy game we're playing and I worry that we'll tire towards the end, but I'm not that fussed, if we manage to play c75% of the game like this.
