Dinho lad
You got to hand it to the English clubs these days. In the last few years they went to tough places like the Nou Camp, Bernabue, etc and won. And now it seem like 2 wins out of 2 at the San Siro. Quality. I doubt Inter would have scored even if they still had 11 men. Zlatfan has had a 'mare over the 2 legs.

Don't get the numpties wet and don't feed them after midnight; we'll be overrun. mackems.gif So you think he's good? There's no "think" about it. He is. Top draw player who can turn a game single-handedly. His passing, vision, close control, and trickery make him one of the best players in the world. Does he do it every week? No. Does he score 50 goals a season? No. But the man is a walking highlight reel and a fundamental reason for Inter being top of Serie A. No question about it. S.S.R.
2133: The two sets of fans are applauding each other now - a lovely moment, it must be said. How come when we played at the San Siro, we had piss and flares thrown at our fans, and Liverpool - of all supporters - get showered with affection? Chizzletooth
Inter are a disgrace to football. One of the worst champions league matches I've ever watched. Christ, football is depressing right now.

Aye I was surprised. they stayed until the end.. and instead of boo's at the final whistle they applauded.. madness!
tmonkey
Inter are a disgrace to football. One of the worst champions league matches I've ever watched. Christ, football is depressing right now. Any team with absolutely no pace in nearly every position is always horrible to watch, especially one with slow strikers up front. Rings a bell, that does. Cronky
My enjoyment was spoilt a bit by Andy Gray droning on about the sending off. The guy seems to want to mark the ref's card after every decision, and when it's a major decision that he thinks is wrong, he just never stops. Chizzletooth
Its not just pace though. They can't pass. They have no heart. No imagination. They cry and roll around. Their defenders are joke. Actually all their players are joke. I mean Liverpool are a very average side (light years ahead of us obviously: they have 3 players we have none). But how can Viera have become so unbelievably bad?!
Robster
Would Liverpool advanced without the likes of Gerrard and Carragher? Yes but not without Torres. He is Liverpool this season

M4
I bet you they wouldnt. So? Bit of a weird question really. Would ManU have won the title last year without Cronaldo?
Fugazi
It'll be some reference to Inter's version of the 2 being unavailable, not sure who else he is on about though, besides Materazzi.
M4
Anyway, personally I'm very pleased to see all the English teams have made it to the next round. Another strong chance of an all English final.
Shearergol
Torres is a fucking machine. Why Man United and Chelsea didn't go for him a couple of years back I'll never know.
