I hate it when clubs steal the kit designs of more illustrious teams.

Wearing some 2nd rate Inter Milan knock off will not suddenly make people think Boro are class. It just doesn't work like that.

I agree, bloody Juventus started this whole thing off, Notts County should reclaim their kit.

Being pedantic again.

Juve did indeed steal the black and white stripes, but from us. :coolsmiley: The original Juventus kit design was all pink. However, they had their kits manufactured in the North East of England, and a package of Newcastle shirts were sent by mistake, and they stuck with it. :)

That's not true

The Italian football club Juventus F.C. derived its famous black-and-white striped kits from Notts County. Juventus have played in black and white striped shirts, with white shorts, sometimes black shorts since 1903. Originally, they played in pink shirts with a black tie, which only occurred due to the wrong shirts being sent to them, the father of one of the players made the earliest shirts, but continual washing faded the colour so much that in 1903 the club sought to replace them.[3] Juventus asked one of their team members, Englishman John Savage, if he had any contacts in England who could supply new shirts in a colour that would better withstand the elements. He had a friend who lived in Nottingham, who being a Notts County supporter, shipped out the black and white striped shirts to Turin.

Meh... Yorkie's version was better.

Anyway, that super mega awesome Inter kit turned out to be fake:

went to sports direct today to get a nufc shirt at wolverhmapton,  there were none!!!!

Easy ploy to make the club rich man. Make NUFC fans nationwide buy his own club's tops for an extra few quid online or through the Official Club shop, while taking money from selling other clubs' shirts in his own stores. Genius.

Would be good to see the nice (but fake) Inter shirt done with Milan red instead of Inter blue.

Hint hint.  :frantic:

Please tell me that Wigan away is fake. It's possibly the most vile football shirt I have ever seen.

Was released to their official online fan club this morning, so it's very much real.

I like both of these. Bayern's away and third. Schweinsteiger blatantly think he's a playa.
