In his post-match interviews he also speaks the truth, he dosen't blame injuries, luck or whatever. Roeder wasn't sure whether he should take the job in the first place, and now knows he isn't the right man for the job IMO. If we keep losing he'll resign rather than Shepherd firing him IMO. Get a fucking clue everyone and stop being fickle, that way Shepherd wouldn't get away with choosing the wrong and/or the cheapest solutions constantly. Shearer to win three games end of the season getting us to a 15th finish. Shearer appointed full time in the summer.
