Shak Posted April 10, 2011 Share Posted April 10, 2011 Strikes me as the kind of player who has gotten by at youth level by just being physically better and more naturally gifted at football than his peers, not going to be enough in the future though. Cajun Posted April 10, 2011 Share Posted April 10, 2011 He definitely needs a loan but given the side we put out it's a bit harsh to judge, Loven isn't the sort of striker who will take charge of a game so it was pretty much all on Ranger (with a poor team behind him and even the good players generally being off form) to do it all. He needs to be loaned out next year to either a League 1 or Championship side. a ball-playing League 1 side challenging for promotion imo. if he goes to a poor Championship side struggling to survive they'll just use utilise his physical attributes as a battering ram and that's not the side of the game he needs to work on. get him to a side like Huddersfield where he'll have to use the ball on the deck and work on being a goal threat.
