ChrisMcQuillan
So we've now a net gain of 0 strikers. -1, surely? Ba in, Ranger out. Are you counting Carroll?

Pilko
Mind you, if we were going to lose one of Best or Ranger, we've made the correct choice.
ChrisMcQuillan
kuqi Ah, of course.
Ronaldo
Can't see it, but then I didn't see it with Carroll. That said, Carroll had 3 goals in 5 PL starts for us when he was Nile's age.
Guest Kevlaar
Good riddance to bad rubbish.
Guest BooBoo
Don't think he'll ever make it although I'll keep half an eye on his development. Bit of a knob though, all stories and tales considered.
taxfree
Silly. Should definitely be a loan rather than a sale. Disappointed, although it's not really a surprise.
Interpolic
Good riddance to bad rubbish. Would like to see him do well after reading so much garbage like this tbh. The lad should have been on loan last season, never mind this.
Wil
Holloway might be good for him.
Sifu
I, for one, will be keeping an eye on Ranger's development at Blackpool if he is indeed off there.
Beren
Cost of replacement for Nile Ranger?
Ronaldo
Good riddance to bad rubbish. Would like to see him do well after reading so much garbage like this tbh. The lad should have been on loan last season, never mind this. Depends on how accurate the stories of his behaviour are. As I said a couple of weeks back, not even a somewhat tolerant manager like Bobby would keep a prick like Ranger at the club.
Sifu
Cost of replacement for Nile Ranger? Promote Phil Airey to the first team.
Guest bimpy474
Cost of replacement for Nile Ranger? Nowt, it'll be Airey up from the reserves.
Interpolic
Cost of replacement for Nile Ranger? Free transfers cost about £5m, so hopefully we'll just get some talented tramp off the street or something.

Interpolic
Tbf he must have really fucked them off behind the scenes for them to sell him now, mind.
Cajun
What has Ranger done that Sir Bobby would have kicked him out for? Pretty sure Bellamy was a bigger twat.

As I said a couple of weeks back, not even a somewhat tolerant manager like Bobby would keep a prick like Ranger at the club. That's my issue with him. I think he's decent, but raw. I mean, the kid allowed someone to take a photo of himn holding a gun, replica, albeit, but he clearly doesn't care much for his career I was at that Beardsley/Tino/Ferdinand talk in a few months back, and Beardsley absolutely hammered him like
Dave
NUFC accepted our offer & gave permission for us to talk to Nile Ranger last week. It's looking very likely personal terms will be finalised & he will be sign a permanent deal with us this coming week at some point. The word is Ollie is very excited about the potential of this fella & reckons he can get the best out of him. Rumour is it's a club record transfer for them, which means £1.25m+ (). ponsaelius
Would rather have loaned him out but meh.
Ronaldo
What has Ranger done that Sir Bobby would have kicked him out for? Pretty sure Bellamy was a bigger t***. What a load of crap. Bellamy by all accounts ran his bollocks off in training, and was the best player at the club by a distance. Ranger's a complete nobody who by several accounts is frequently late for training and isn't prepared to put in the hours to improve, in addition to being a complete cunt. What did Pedro say about him, Kevlaar?
Interpolic
As a side note: this fee and the Routledge fee must pretty much equate to the fees we paid for the free transfer lads. Get the fuck in, we're back on £35m!
Doctor Zaius
Dissapointed. Must echo the comments about loaning him out instead of selling him. Despite his poor showings last season the boy does have some talent, maybe some regular starts would coax out the best of his ability.
