josimar
They bought the club outright, no borrowing These fella's are loaded, going to be a lot of money going into city. Wasn't that exactly what Ashley did with us? Yes he did, SSN making out as if the title will goto city now this takeover has happened, Surely man city have spent on par with the top 4 the last 2 seasons already, cant see whats changed other than the owners not being wanted men. Nothing will change in the short term, but the Arabian business journalist on SSN said "Think of Chelsea and times it by ten" in terms of wealth and investment potential. Doesn't bear thinking about. Minhosa
Sigh, looks like in the next year or so there will be a big five. A year's a long time in football. When all the headlines have gone away and the Manc hysteria has died down lets just see what exactly they are all about. Reserves judgement with a bit of 'meh' thrown in............... Colocho
Obviously two 3-0 wins in a row were too much to turn down.
Baggio
Nicko was all over this weeks ago. Where do you think they got the money to sign SWP and Kompany?

WarrenBartonCentrePartin
we're not going to see how this will unfold until January at least, though. I'd imagine its unlikely they'll manage to splash some cash in 13 hours, unless like Baggio suggests he could have funded the Kompany and SWP deals. One more question - is this guy thats going to be their chairman similar to Mort in that he has no experience of being a Premier League chairman? If so, why haven't they picked up on this like they seemed to with Mort?
JH
tbf, whether you have money or not, you still have to persuade people to come to the club.

9
Man City say it isn't all done yet. SSN now saying "reports say its done" rather than the "ssn understands" they were going with before, love it if it was a hoax.
