Dawson had them playing as a team and getting results and players looked much for ready for first team action, Redfearn's been getting them playing shit, I'm not sure how caring about the results actually harms development tbh. No idea what sort of teams Benfica & Hertha Berlin brought over but the results don’t back up that claim. Redfearn won 3 and drew 1 of his last 7.
