Segun Oluwaniyi
From the BBC: Just to confirm for you that Wayne Rooney will definitely now miss the first game of the Euro 2012 finals, with a second at the discretion of Uefa. *Rolls eyes*. But tonight was a good result though, eh BABA? What the hell does this have to do with anything that I have said?

It's bound to be three, isn't it? If that wasn't violent conduct, what is? UEFA don't like England either. It's not like the PL, where Rooney/Fergie get away with murder, UEFA WILL smash Rooney for a three game ban. Nailed on. and they have every right to. Only a moron would complain, unless there was precedent set for this and it seemed that UEFA were being overly harsh.

As an outsider I'm not batting an eyelid at that scoreline. Montenegro are not a bad side and it's not a bad result for today's England.
Tiresias
Pathetic from Rooney. Again has precisely the wrong attitude. Pathetic display to draw from 2-0 up, not even close to the level of any of the good teams in the competition. Pretty much everyone to blame as well. Fenham Mag
Hope he's banned for the first 3 games the silly bastard. Worse thing about the last 2 world cups is the hype surrounding this lad and his failure in delivering.
Ronaldo
Capello asked about Rooney's temperament and answers with gibberish about the team being good for 35 minutes.

Ishmael
Standard practice for most decent managers. Just ignore the question and don't let emotions take hold. Can fall back on the silly lack of English thing as well. So wise. Capello
