NEEJ
Feel sorry for Shawcross as well like, he looked in bits after that.
Dave
They both go to kick the ball, it's not even a tackle as such. Ramsey gets there first and Shawcross simply wallops Ramsey's leg instead of the ball. The result could easily have been Shawcross breaking his own leg or even both of them doing so. Even more sure of this seeing a few replays.
jdckelly
The actual challenge looked pretty innocuous to me. yeah unfortunatly ramseys foot was planted which probably caused the break

Stifler
I stand by what I said earlier, 50/50 and a great deal of bad luck.
Guest toonlass
Feel sorry for Shawcross as well like, he looked in bits after that. Aye, Shawcross is only 22 himself. Not much older than Ramsey and he is probably devistated that this has happened.

Guest
Wenger is such a graceless c***. Same with Fabregas. Hate the little fecker.
Keefaz
Nowt in the challenge. Both Shearer and Hansen described it as clumsy and it wasn't even that, really. Just incredibly unlucky.

Dave
Wenger is such a graceless cunt. He did the same after the Eduardo one (saying Taylor should never play again etc), you'd think he'd learn his lesson and watch it before making comment. brummie
The thing about Wenger is that he makes it really, really hard to like Arsenal, who should be the side all neutrals like.
Mick
Wenger is such a graceless c***. To be fair to him he'll have been upset for the kid as he works with him every day, I can understand where he's coming from even if I think the tackle wasn't that bad. Guest toonlass
My dad has just texted me, and he used to be an ambulance man and a fireman after that and he reckons its a tib and fib fracture by the looks of it.

It looked from that pic like the damage was done by Ramsay getting is studs stuck and twisting his leg, any contact in a situation like that will result in bad things. I take your point, but it's not the first time he's reacted like that. He could do with being a little more circumspect about these things.

Jill
The thing about Wenger is that he makes it really, really hard to like Arsenal, who should be the side all neutrals like. Agree. They're just begging for me to love them... then Wenger starts speaking and suddenly it's all fucked.
Liam Liam Liam O
I feel a strange sense of relief that match is out of the way now Yep, the thought of GG coming on here if they'd beaten us would have been pretty hard to take.

Stifler
Even though their was no tackle, and just a general challenge I still think they should of made warning when their was a good few seconds of focus on his leg.
