Ronaldo
Hulse and Blackstock are not target-men tall physical strikers, they are tricky pacy strikers, but the two of them are smarter than Carroll if you ask me.

Colocho
He's just turned 22, man. Unlike the 21 year old Andy Carroll you don't rate Carroll would score as many in such a good side Carroll has been playing for the best team in the championship all season and has fewer goals than Rob Hulse and Dexter Blackstock. Hulse and Blackstock are not target-men tall physical strikers, they are tricky pacy strikers, but the two of them are smarter than Carroll if you ask me. I think they would both be best described as target men to be honest. Both 6''1, 12 stone plus and rely on their aerial ability (especially in the case of Hulse) more than having the ball at their feet.
Astroblack
Carlton Cole's been injured half the season, too, and has managed more goals.

They dont play the same role as Carroll, but in common them and Carroll's main priority is to put the ball in the back of the net, earlier this season weve been playing 4-5-1 away from home, until we finally switch to 4-4-2 and start playing with natural wingers who supply Carroll, his recent wave of good form comes up. The lad is only 21 so theres much more room for improvement, talent is there, otherwise he wouldnt have been playing the England U-21, If he was tutored by a good manager we would be seeing a lot more from him. Ronaldo
You're getting Rob Hulse mixed up with someone else, mate. Or you're making it up.
Colocho
He would do well under Shearer.
Amir_9
You're getting Rob Hulse mixed up with someone else, mate. Or you're making it up. Id go as far as saying if Carroll was tutored by a manager like Wenger, or playing in a team like Arsenal, he would do as much as Bendtner really. In terms of the Bendtner playing for his country, well, the fact that he plays for Arsenal and there arent any other Danish strikers playing at a higher level better than Bendtner is the reason he gets picked, hes not bad, but there arent any Danish strikers playing at a level higher than him and performing better. Arsenal lack a natural finisher, Bendtner dosent fit that role.

Amir_9
I doubt it. Lots of players out there played for the England U-21 and ended up never playing for the senior squad, take a look at Carlton Cole, absolute gobshite before Zola came in, and look at him now, being selected/considered for England and being a much better overall player. Just shows you a player can really blossom under the right guidance, Carroll is the same case for me.

Amir_9
Hulse tricky and pacey. Got mixed up with Commons actually But im quite sure Blackstock uses pace much more than physical presence in his gameplay.
