davy_fulla
Will miss him playing for us but he's been a prick airing things on Twitter. I can't stand the fact that so many people on Twitter and facebook feel the need to live their life through them. It's bad enough when some of those mates you've got on Facebook come out with stuff like 'somebody has really hurt me. Hope ur happy' Who gives a fuck you attention seeker! Yeh joey's working under a right bunch of wankers but speak to your friends and family about things ffs.

It can be a powerfully poisonous tool. In any line of work you should be safeguarding against things like this.
Teasy
No mate, it doesn't make any sense meaning its just not the case. Tell me how it helps Ashley to lose a player for free if he's willing to sign for a reasonable contract? He just personally hated Barton yeah?, before any of this twitter stuff even started? The much more believable situation is that Barton was offered a deal and didn't accept it. The club, rightly or wrongly, then said he wouldn't be offered anything more. With Ashley, I think this is exactly the case. So its your reasoned opinion that we didn't offer Barton any new contract at all and that was because Ashley doesn't like him as a person? Pardew: "Barton wants a new deal, only got one year left" Ashley "Nah I hate him" Pardew "Why he's done nothing to you, and he's played well, and he's willing to take a big pay cut, we don't want him to leave for free" Ashley "No I hate him, instead we'll antagonise him into leaving for nothing, I don't really like money anyway"

Jayson
People thinking McKay has nothing to do with this is laughable. Some Simple Q's for you Do you think the way Ashley etc have dealt with this scenario is correct ? Do you think perhaps hearing the other players reaction to this, that this has caused quite a bit of negativity in our camp and a lot of confusion ? What is it you were concerned about Bartons tweets causing & why are you still moaning about Barton ? There is a search function, f***ing use it. You cant see the contradictory nature of what you're focusing on waffling on about then, even when pointed out to you. Im not suprised ill be honest

Guest cr4igora
Would not touch this guy with a 12 mile barge pole after this incident. why? Can't pass, can't take corners, can't take free-kicks. Gobs off all day long on Twitter, and disputes the managers decisions. Previously convicted of behaviour such as stabbing cigars in teammates eyes & punching people on the training ground. Why would you?

Gobs off all day long on Twitter, and disputes the managers decisions. Previously convicted of behaviour such as stabbing cigars in teammates eyes & punching people on the training ground. Why would you? Because he's a good player. Real football clubs rarely make decisions based on anything else. Can't pass or take set pieces? Righto.
