Smal
I'd rather we played Anita in midfield. He was pants last time he played full back. Perch would be a better option for RB if it means Anita playing in midfield imo.

Mick
Liverpool wasnt it? Before Perchinho got injured He did and he want's pants, we drew 1-1 and Suarez got the goal when Egrique had a long punt out of defence, he also played in that position and scored in the Europa League against Brugge. Mole_Toonfan
He was pretty bad in first 20 mins against Pool tbh..... We was overrun in that period and then Perch got injured and he went to the middle and Simpson came on at RB and we improved and started to control the midfield a lot more.... We scored and then sat back for the rest of the game
Jack Flash
Anita certainly isn't a full back. His positioning was all over the place.

Revolution
He's our best midfielder at the moment, I'd rather keep him there.

I'd rather we try and limp through with Perch there till the new lad turns up.
Mick
Exactly. I'd rather we try and limp through with Perch there till the new lad turns up. Perch is an accident waiting to happen at rightback and Pardew thinks we missed him in midfield against Arsenal.

Everton at home with both fit and no Simpleton is different.

Tiresias
I'm starting to agree with Mick, Anita has a good cross in him and is no worse defensively than perch. I'd have obertan ahead of him on the wing for Wednesday as he is decent at tracking back

Danny Simpson came after a short while in that match and Anita went to midfield. We were much better for it as Sterling was destroying Anita.

Perch on the bench more like. no chance You'd have him in midfield ahead of Anita, Tiote, Marveaux? I'd even prefer Bigi in midfield ahead of him. I like Perch, the way he has turned things around here and become a likeable character is a credit to him but lets not get carried away, he can look relatively tidy at times and can play a simple pass but he isn't good enough at this level. He's a Championship player that is useful to have in our squad to his versatility and commitment.
Karjala
doesnt really make any difference who stick in the middle, they are all shite. Still, glad to see Santon will hopefully go to RB and Ferguson come in at LB...

I think that's a bit insulting to call him a championship player tbh. Don't you remember how shit the quality was?
