I like him but I think he's going to drop a clanger everytime he gets the ball which is a shame 'cos he looked more than competent before the Bolton game. I would certainly have Taylor higher in the pecking order, i think Taylor and Colo have a very good partnership to establish, just injuries or suspensions have prevented it from really getting a good run of late. The soft goals we've given away are worrying, no idea what happened for Van Persie's header. Maybe would benefit from a period of being dropped, but sadly we've only got Sol Campbell. Seriously, I still think MW is a very decent centre half who can do it at this level. We've given up on far too many defenders in recent seasons the moment they had a slight wobble only to be proven wrong and ended up with replacements who were no better or even inferior. Without exaggerating, I honestly think he is responsible for at least 10 goals being conceded this season. In this league, he's average at best. The only thing is, I think the 5 year contracts handed to them were an indication that he won't be willing to make CB signings.
