geordiedean
To be honest its been coming for a while especially away from home...games against the likes of barnsley, sheff wed, leicester we have been fortunate...ive always thought that West Brom are the best team in this league and that we would have to settle for second....we just have to make sure we dont lose any of our next 2 away games and they will be tricky ones
Dave
Gutted we lost BUT Forest lost as well so not all doom and gloom Let off lightly really.
David28
Disappointing but never mind. Only 4 losses all season up to this point isn't bad at all. Home form will see us up. Can see a draw against Swansea, he'll almost definitely go back to Smith and Nolan in the middle now. I'am hoping for Smith and Nolan almost. Hope Butt isn't fit to return. johnnypd
Let's be honest all season we have been grinding out iffy wins because we had the best defence in the league. 75% of that defence is missing and has been replaced with loan signings. I haven't watched the game so I don't know the defence has cost us today but how many times have we leaked 3 goals this season? Against West Brom we had a sending off, prior to that it has never happened. we might have to make do with these players for a while longer though, which is worrying. Williamson isnt a loan btw. madras
Same gap to 3rd and another game down, forest appear to be losing their flow. It's not the best of evenings but from some of the posts on here you'd reckon we had been relegated again. HTL ps Portsmouth just made it a little better forest losing is great news for us. if the wheels come off their season i cant see any of the other playoff lot getting close to us. surely nicky shorey couldn't have been that important ? Robster
Its probably more annoying because its Derby AGAIN. The hoodoo they have over us at the moment is weird. Maybe it wasnt Sam's fault after all... it was some greater power
Stifler
As it's already been said Forest have lost aswell, meaning it as you were concerning our points gap between them with 1 game down, we also have a game in hand over them and WBA, we were really unlucky today and hopefully we can go out and beat Swansea and hopefully Forest can drop yet more points. afar
Wow, just got back to my desk, awful result, we drop to 2nd right ? Derby, really seem to have our number, perhaps Hughton should have stuck to his negative away tactics.
David28
Well, at least this year we aren't the only team that lost to Derby like we were in 07/08.

You give all the credit to the defence and totally disregard the fact that Hughton opted for a 4-5-1 in a lot of those games? How come? Smith is clearly going to have to be in there without fail. He's not great but I dunno ... maybe that goofy scowl actually gets to some of the opposition. Away from home if we do play a 4-4-2 Nolan can under no circumstances be one of the two. If Nolan plays then it has to be a 4-5-1. Otherwise I'm not sure it will matter who is in our back four to be honest with you.

Guest firetotheworks
I have to say, it's quite funny seeing the retractions after we all wanted this lineup. Myself included tbh. Maybe it was just one of those games? It sounded like it to me.

Guest Heneage
Apologies I've been downstairs with the old man filling paper work and watching Man City. How did we perform? Any dodgy decisions?
Jayson
We've still not lost with a first choice back two. Colo was only doubtful for this one so should be back soon. We'll be fine.

Belfast Boy
Enrique is the big miss. Not only are we weaker at the back, but Jonas is half the player without him.

The penalty sounded a weird one. Ref didn't give anything, it was the linesman who flagged.
WarrenBartonCentrePartin
still 4 points ahead of third with that game in hand, so has the potential to be 7. It'd be nice to win the league, but as long as we finish top 2, I'm chuffed. Can't take the playoffs.
