Wilshere, Walcott, Arshavin....all dwarves with no strength. He doesn't have a plan B for those boring weekend when you have to go to Stoke or Wolves and grind something out. Managers are very stubborn 'their' way is always the correct method. To change it would be to admit they were wrong... or something. Wenger is over the top though. At this rate, he can develop his youngsters till the cows come home and he will never win a trophy. Surely you set your team up against who you are playing that week otherwise whats the point in the manger being on the touch line week in week out if everyone is fit you just go with the default "Plan A".
