The guy is a nutjob and even when he's at his best he isn't all that great. He really isn't worth the hassle. On a fair wage as well, I'll bet. Rarely works hard for the team, and isn't very very special. He's a talented kid like you say, but he's not worth the money they paid him. Took a huge gamble on him.
